It's a long journey to get from the top of the ship to down in the control room. He opens a secret door in the freezer to gain access to it.

Archimedes coined the term "Eureka", which is what Bond exclaims when he sees the ATAC. McGregor, now dead, is still handcuffed to it.

Death In The Afternoon. We know it's the afternoon when McGregor exchanges pleasantries (Good Afternoon) with the Captain.
