I'm not seeing any difference to this, and that of the actual film.

There's different placeholder music from the movie Leon during the bungee jump scene and in this one from one of my compilations is a alternate shot of the piton gun at 0:01:

  • Just watched the bungee jump, Rob. :D

And I'm hoping you got my comment on your Casino Scene upload informing you what I think is in the uncut BBFC rough cut version of Tomorrow Never Dies.

Saw it and yes I believe Tomorrow Never Dies could have benefitted from a bit less cutting as in Licence To Kill was the case.

Here's the full never before seen original St. Petersburg scene opening from the workprint of which a part was featured on the deleted scenes. I personally like this better than in the final movie but they thought Wade's dialogue was too long for the scene:

Just viewed it, can't wait for more! :D

    Here's the infamous barrel scene.
This last shot was cut from the film and the scene also misses the music.

I've seen that one posted here, as well. What I wouldn't give for the full workprint.

Cleaned up my channel and removed a few pointless workprint clips with little to no differences. Here's one i've never posted before it's a removed shot from the car chase scene at 0:01 and the whole scene misses the music:

Looks like the Ferrari got a bit too sideways.

At first I thought they later replaced that shot with the shot of Caroline seeing the Ferrari almost crashing but some interior scenes done in the studio were not completed yet at the time of the workprint.

Oh, is that why it jumps directly to Xenia?

Yes some scenes in the chase are incomplete.

Speaking of which, did you catch my latest reply on YouTube?
  • Yes, will look for it.

I believe their first take of that particular shot had the DB5 and the Ferrari crashing into one another.
  • Here's the M scene no visual differences but notice how much clearer the dialogue sounds compared to the final film. I believe this was at a stage where it wasn't mixed yet.

Definitely a lot clearer sounding, sans the bits of white noise in the background.

Yes actually what's interesting about the workprint is that it gives you an insight how the movie looks with the deleted scenes ''uncut'' back in their original place all in the same quality. Looking at the workprint the Pakistani arms dealing scene with Zukovsky does not suit the film and is a bit too goofy and the original dam opening with the guards doesn´t work because it takes away the modern feel of this movie so I think Martin Campbell did right by deleting some scenes but for example the scene with Boris and Ourumov on the train should have stayed as well as the extended dialogue when Natalya bumps into Boris and Xenia at the church.

Do you think the wp has the original angle of Bond's rabbit punch to Xenia?

LOL. at some point soon we'll be able to stitch together the full pre-credit sequence made up of 3 second clips

I don't want to enrage the original uploader of the workprint, too my friend.

Correct, but I havent been able to contact the original uploader of the workprint on CommanderBond.net in a long time who's inbox is always full and I doubt he will allow me to do that unlike the full The Living Daylights workprint which I got from someone else.

Its a shame they are uncontactable as perhaps their view would have softened.

Someone recently send me the rare laserdisc version of Goldeneye and I could upload that one on youtube which has never been on youtube before.
Maybe an idea for a seperate topic?

    Laserdisc:
    http://www.mi6community.com/index.php?p=/discussion/17928/goldeneye-laserdisc#latest
I've included links for the laserdisc.
I think this topic can be finally closed now after such a long time as there's no point in posting footage I have shown already anymore as I can't post the full workprint in agreement with the original uploader as I don't want to do upload something behind someone's back and respect the original owner of the file.
