Since you're flooding this thread with unsubstantiated claims based on nothing more than a flimsy thought running through your brain, perhaps there should be a new thread: Will Bond 25 Be Delayed????

That way you can all go over there and build on all of your fears and paranoia.

The rest of us can discuss B25.

    Just a thought.

Why are you so hostile? I made a perfectly calm comment without attacking anyone, then you immediately attack me.

I'm not attacking-- stop being sensitive, lol. I think the idea of a delay has been flooded on this thread over and over. We know you and some other posters think this. With all the movements we've seen in the last couple of weeks, from CJ's interviews, Seydoux coming back, M and Q and MP joining her, stunt coordinators arriving in London, DC on a huge fitness kick (and look how fast he turned it around), it's best to say your claims are fear-mongering, paranoid, perhaps innocent fears on your part, but aren't based in reality.

It seems that recently, that's all some posters bring to this this thread-- B25 will be delayed (because we haven't heard anything in three days!!!)...

And that's perfectly fine. But perhaps, since this topic has flooded a production diary on a film in pre production, there could be a separate thread on the theory that B25 will be delayed.

Like I said, just a thought.

They can't be location scouting. I would of thought all the locations would have been locked in by December. Do you think this shoot will last as long as Spectre?

Location scouting will continue well into principle photography.
I'm sure that some location scouting is usually done after filming has started, but the vast majority of location scouting is easily done before principal photography. That was the case with both Skyfall and Spectre.

The major lack of location rumours makes me think that either the movie will be delayed again or the production will be even more Pinewood based than usual.

As I said, location scouting continues well into production just as I have described. So the location managers will be on the case. They work very hard. And when the crew settle in at a location the LM is the first one there in the morning, say 5am or earlier, and the last to leave at night because one of their responsibilities is to make sure a location is secure and in tact after a day's filming, which can mean very, very long days.

It was only 6 weeks ago that we got the word that Lea Seydoux was returning. So it seems production is underway, also Fukunaga's girlfriend is in London and was seemingly with him location scouting in Westminster if her Instagram story from yesterday is considered.

I think it will be worth keeping an eye on Kristen Froseth's Instagram - she's clearly spending a lot of time with Fukunaga. It was only yesterday that she started following British actress, Aiysha Hart. Perhaps, this is the new Bond girl?

There is also the chance that the two roles that Justin Kroll mentioned - the MI6 agent and the mysterious woman - are minor parts and Seydoux is the lead Bond girl again. In which case, if you think about it Rami Malek and her would be pretty much the principle cast confirmed....so we haven't really had a lack of news at all.

Anyway...Fukunaga is nominated for a PGA award tomorrow. We may see him - though, if it is full-steam ahead on Bond 25, he could be too busy. A good indicator either way:

I remember her from the brilliant Line of duty series. She'd be great casting.

Who was she in Line Of Duty?

I love that gif because of that guy in the background holding his broom 30 centimeters above the ground.

Coincidentally, I'm watching that series right now. She plays Steve Arnott's girlfriend Sam in season 3 (I'm not sure if she's in later seasons yet).

EDIT: She is part Saudi heritage, which perhaps ties in with this Middle East thing.

Skyfall's production schedule was predominantly UK based, though. It wasn't as difficult compared to many of the other films, and even at that, they didn't have a location for any of the Scotland scenes until after shooting started. That's sizeable.

As for Spectre - well, the less like that film's production the better. At least they were able to take down any assembled sets this time.

Brilliant series btw. Has the slightly cheap BBC production values you'd expect but brilliantly written. And some decent acting as well. Keeley Hawes steals pretty much every scene she's in.

She's interesting as well because she actually looks quite young in other photos whereas in this picture she looks older. Let's just hope she doesn't look too young in Bond 25 if she is indeed cast.

It's probably fine anyway because perhaps there won't be a direct romantic tie-in, given Seydoux is back.

22 is too young for a Bond girl with Craig at his age. But she looks gorgeous. I'm kind of glad Seydoux is back. I might be the only Bond fan who likes a continuity between movies.

I agree that the 22 year old would be too young, but Hart at 28 would be perfect.

I think so too. I was kinda hoping Fukunaga would go for Sonoya Mizuno (which he still might have) but if this suggestion is true then I won't be too surprised :)

I agree. It's just never planned in advance. The novels do continuity well.

It'd be criminal not to have Sonoya Mizuno in a Bond film.
  • Aiysha Hart is purely speculation based on Instagram and is most likely not true.

What is true is that Kristine Froseth was in London seeing Fukunaga. Another one of Cary's friends posted an Instagram story of Kristine and Cary in Shoreditch on Thursday. I can't post it as stories only last a day and the link cannot be copied. This is the same friend who posted this photo - so we know she's close to CJF:

Shoreditch is a fairly artsy area - so it make sense that CJF would be hanging around this area whilst working on Bond 25.

Also....Kristine Froseth is in Paris today. She may just be making good use of the Eurostar or she's with CJF and the trip has something to do with Bond 25?

Not ideal for B25, given both Paris and Norway featured heavily in MI: Fallout.
