Oh my.......so sorry, Erica, I didn't know it was really you! OK, so I could have guessed no two people on this planet would use the same nasty stink of crazy xenophobia and Merkel-hate as remedy for their inferiority complexes. But you can't blame me for hinting that you are here, of all places. How could I have known that? After all the nasty things you had to say about "sixbook" and how you felt the mods here are all bossy egomaniacs? Whatever, hope you can forgive me for hinting to Brian you are also here, seeing how you are now so particularly chummy. Another surprise after I read how ugly you've been to the guy only a little while ago. Glad to see you two are so chummy now. Have a lovely day, Erica. And you should really stop gnashing your teeth, that's very unbecoming when one already has a nasty face to begin with. ;)
I recently read an article stating the current Hollywood production also works with a mind on the most important audience outside the United States: Asia. For Asians Rome or Europe in general is still exotic enough. Whereas China is not so much. Don…
Wow, what an amazing scenery. I so hope this comes across in Bond 24 just as stunning. I really hope for a chase scene or two on skis and skidos. I can not imagine they have this backdrop and don't use it effectively.

With the Master now female in Dr Who, could we see
Ernestine Stephanie Blofeld? :))
Wasn't there a daughter of Blofeld in one of the old continuations? That's not a bad idea.
Oh but everybody is aware who Blofeld is, no? It's almost like a meme with the baldhead stroking the cat. If at the end of it the name Blofeld appears everybody knows we're in for some serious action with Bond hunting the guy in the next one.
TBH i'm not so fond of Waltz. Good actor though, I just can't stand him. I agree it sounds like they build him up as Blofeld. Maybe they reveal it at the end.

I found Skyfall superior to all of the Dark Knight films because the characters felt real. In Nolan's movies everyone seems to speak in exposition and that doesn't appeal to me.

TLD's problems are the villains, they feel not at all threatening enough for Bond. Koskov is like a big naughty teddy bear, bit clumsy but almost charming enough you forget he's supposed to be a baddie. Whitaker is just a big boy playing with toys. …
You might say a bit of amused boredom is part of James Bond, you know, just enough to tackle the assignment with hopes for a little change of pace and action. That's Bond's state of mind to a degree.
I don't get my knickers in a bunch over Butterworth. It's no big deal people work at scripts till the camera rolls, directors and actors alike if they let them. I'd just like to see one day the scrapped scripts, or hear at least why they were not us…

That's the group I am in. I've seen a handful of the Marvelverse, and …
Yes, you'd have to think gadgets up. Yet often they just appear for an action scene and disappear again when the action's over. With the tailored gadgets, scuba-Lotus, avalanche-dome, jetpack, that's kind of the point. But with some weapons like the…

Agree there. Aren't we supposed to speak the same language? My oh my, why is that necessary? Do they do it with American w…
Agree, the gadgets became the cop-out for dangerous situations. Not in all of Moore's Bonds, but in some of them, MR for example. Was never explained why Bond didn't use his dart bracelet against Jaws, was it? Same with the Seikos, always something …

Some good suggestions there, I'd really love Blofeld to return to the series with one of these actors. Though some intriguing thing would be to have Blofeld and daughter together. After seeing Snowpiercer I thought Tilda Swinton would be a great dau…
