  • Give us an animated series of films and/or more novels. Deep Fake or AI will look & feel terrible. Re-casting will not go down well with us old timers. Just my opinion...
  • Just got and watched SPECTRE on 4K. Noticeable improvement over the Blu ray, but needed to push the colour on my TV up just a bit. Also, this movie is better than I remembered.

  • Watched Snowpiercer last night. I saw it when it came out on DVD, but I didn't remember much about it except that I disliked it. This time I felt like it was masterful at what it was trying to do. It had very funny dark dry humour (Tilda is a gem) a…

  • Just watched The Marvels. Much fun to be had here! Nothing particularly deep or epic, just a great girl's night out. Plus, re-watch value....

  • I just bought my favourite Craig Bond on 4K (SPECTRE). I felt the Blu ray was (more than) a bit lacking. Most of my other Bond blu rays look pretty great, so even though I don't *need* them upgraded, it'd be rather fun to get a few like GF, YOLT &am…

  • DAF was my introduction to Bond. So when I saw earlier films I thought them rather too serious, and the later films rather too silly. DAF set my Bond compass as a kid. Review: Taken as a stand alone film, this is a fun yet rather mindless entry. W…

  • That's a VERY difficult choice. I'll go with the Mach 1 mainly because it's roomy & colourful. Plus a little Mad Max-y.
