  • Hopefully this one won't as well, at least not as a Bond film.
  • One can only hope that The Avenging Silence is its own thing and not Bond 25. I very much doubt that this is Bond, as I'd hate to see EON ruin YOLT by going down this path with it.

  • Would Disney want Bond? Sure, the films make a ton of money and have taken more at the box office in the last few years that they ever have. Disney is all about making money, so why wouldn't they want Bond. Should they have it? Absolutely not.…

  • I won't believe we've seen the last of P&W until the film is actually released and they're not credited in the title sequence as having written it. EON will probably panic when the new writers turn in a draft that doesn't heavily feature Bond…
  • I guess I'm fine either way, really. I would, however, like to see the producers take more control of the films and scale back Craig's input a bit, as it seems like he and Mendes kind of had free reign on the last one (hence the producer's credit) …
  • I'm sure it'll get back to being soundly beaten in the next contest. ;)
  • I don't know if this has been posted already on here or not, but I just happened across the news on Deadline that MGM and FOX have renewed their home entertainment deal. MGM & 20th Century Fox Renew Home Entertainment Deal through 2020 Not…
  • A Refn-directed Bond would be horrible. When it comes to the usual suspects that get thrown around as "ideal" directorial choices among fan circles, I can't think of a more overrated choice. We just got done with the style-over-substance era of Bo…

  • A user even wrote that Bond resigned at the end of SPECTRE without using the spoiler tags almost a year before the movie was released. This was in the "Bond 25 title" thread. Seems to be a problem everywhere when it comes to the Bond fandom…
