Interesting - it was first or second unit? Knowing that there must be filming in Norway tomorrow, I believe that it was Alexander Witt's unit that had this problems (especially knowing that second unit is traditionally responsible for such stunts).

It wasn't filming. It was testing by stunt guys of scene with fireball.
