Perhaps Michel Legrand can compose the music, too. ;)

Hahaha, yes! Also, several characters we've seen in the films wouldn't even need a parody name to feature!

It's shaping up pretty nicely already.

Thanks to our very own @mattjoes, think we already have a title sequence:

    Haha. Brilliant. Love it.

How can something so wrong appear so right? Even the Bond theme kicking in during the dancing sequence from 1.30 just works.

This movie is writing itself! Best thing is, with these types of films you hardly need a script. :))

Sam Mendes might want to try his hand at a change of genre? :))

Only a bit of dialogue is needed.

    -Pushy, meet Kishy. Kishy, Pushy.

-Mish Onatopp, this is Plenty O'Toole.

    -Honey, this is Holly Goodhead.

    -Pushy, meet Octopushy.
    -Oh, we must be related.

The music does work well with the style and rhythm of the images post-gunbarrel, even if it's not an appropriate main theme for a Bond film.

Hahaha! Wonder how he would fit a personal angle in a film like this?

I lold a bit too loudly from this. HLH's hairline is receding like there's no tomorrow. He will be Q before he will get to play Bond.

I'm not really getting a Bond vibe from Henry Lloyd Hughes. Unlike, most of the other names on this thread he is clean shaven.

I must be missing something here.
I watch the Bond films endlessly. I even comment on the BOND...COMMENTS WHILE YOU WATCH thread. Aside from DAD and SF, WHERE does 007 sport a beard? Where in Fleming does it say 007 has a beard?
I must have some weird Blu-ray set in which Lowery CGI removed Connery, Lazenby, Roger and Timmy's beards.
Nearly all of the actors posted on this thread are rocking the beard. So unless I squint I can't see Bond in any of theses faces.

If we're really looking to change Bond's image with a bearded actor for Bond look no further than this guy...........

@Resurrection, visit the “Making Fun of Your Favourite Spy” thread for more. Believe me, you’ve got more to see from Mr. Joes’ Ladies First sessions. :))

Yeah I will it's nice to see these kind of threads, it really takes the edge off when you don't have much news for the next bond.

Good point. re beards. Nothing wrong with Bond sporting one if the circumstances require him to do so, but any potential candidate must look the part without one.
