Yes nice job!
Here are some of my thoughts:
The studio executives expressing worries about the third act, were right: SP is well paced and is a great ride up until the third act (after Bond fights Hinx on the train). After this, it's kind of messy and boring. The whole "I am your brother"-thing is plain awful, IMO. And Blofeld/Stockmann should be a much larger character than portrayed I think. He comes of as an average villain and his motivations are unconvincing. Waltz basically just recycling his psychotic character from 'Inglorious Basterds' is okay I think.
I really hope they fix the third act. The final showdown in London is been-there, done-that, and kind of unoriginal. And honestly, I'm kind of disapointed that they want to continue down the "this is personal"-road. For the love of God: I do not want to see pictures of Bond as a child and learn about his childhood!
Visually it should be a step up compared to SF, and there are great scenes in there, especially Rome and Austria. And some great one-liners.The scene with the Fiat should be hilarious. So should the huge action setpiece in Austria. And I like that the gadgets return. But no skiing unfortunately.
Maybe I missed something, so for those who also read the script: What happened to Lucia?
firstly... Gunbarrel at the beginning - THANK GOD.. hope it stays there lol..
not going to spoil any of the proceeding for those who don't want to know... but hot damn... i really enjoyed the PTS to SF, this may top that - can't wait to see how Gassner dresses up the scenes...
the notes for the opening credits remind me a lot of OHMSS, that same sort of hour glass vibe.. Kleinman will no doubt work his superb magic on this as well..

i wanted to comment based on first initial reactions before letting it really sink in, i'll try to remain as spoiler free as possible...
I thought it was excellent quite frankly - so sad that i felt skeptical in the first place lol... the first two acts are f***ing brilliant... honest opinion, it screams Traditional Bond... but the third act i do agree with the exec notes - that it needs punched up a bit - not completely rewritten mind you. As is, it's not a bad ending, but i feel like things could be tightened up a bit, to have things make a little more sense, and to make us as an audience care just a bit more.. plus the final confrontation between Bond and Stockmann on the bridge - i think that is where some work could go into as well.....
in terms of the infamous "throwing away of the gun" and the ending itself... let me first say, it's nice to Daniel get a traditional Bond with Bond girl ending for once... getting back to the gun, seeing as how there is undoubtedly going to be a Bond 25 with Daniel Craig as James Bond, i dont take it as him walking away from job - maybe just worn out, in need of a vacation..
but i dare say, with a little bit of touchup work in the 3rd act, this could very well top Skyfall - and possibly even Casino Royale..
ps - no way everything will be wrapped up with Spectre in just this one film, i dont want to believe it.. i couldn't imagine them blowing the load on just one film.. which is why i think there will be more to revealed in Bond 25..

from what i read, it sounds like his real name is Oberhauser, but he uses Stockmann as a false name - he is even called Ernst at one point lol.

if that is the case, then it's likely that this is pre Butterworth revision as well?
If parts of the 3rd act are being changed, they still have several months to sort out the logistic. The 3rd act takes place in Morroco (2/3 of it) and London. They are not suppose to begin shooting these scenes until April (April-June)
So are you saying that there is a newer version floating around out there? What are those "other changes"?
Yes but not out there as easy to download PDF like that one was.

Yeah that whole first meeting with Oberhauser has been very much streamlined (for the better)
Is the December 3th script a draft or the final shooting script? Or, are they still writing as we speak.
It's a revision of the shooting script, the second since the original Oct 17 shooting script that is widely spread around now. It's probably still going through minor revisions whole shooting but plot wise I bet that Dec 1 version is the closest we get.
Shooting scripts can go through multiple revisions while shooting so the final version is essentially the latest revision,

I personally loved the dialog and banter between Bond and Oberhauser during this scene.. i could picture Waltz chewing the scenery beautifully (as well as his introduction in Rome).
