To think if Gary Powell had doubled for her in that scene, the accident might not have happened, THE RHYTHM SECTION might not have been delayed, and this discussion on whether there's a possibility (or probability) that it will impact B25 might not exist.

Here is where I stand up and applaud Sir Roger Moore for not volunteering to do the PTS parachute stunt in MOONRAKER himself, and letting the great Jake Lombard play Bond for those shots. Not only did it look impressive, dare I say, MOONRAKER was indeed released on time.

I highly doubt Barbara would want B25 to get delayed especially since Craig has committed to do a final film. If this winds up delaying the movie I’ll be fuming.

That's the logical case, if you ask me. The Rhythm Section is merely a side project whereas Bond is the real moneymaker.

I'm sure nobody wants delays. That's not the point. The point is someone has been injured and consequently there is a delay. Such is life, when someone attempts multiple projects. There are other things holding up B25 at present, at least based on what we know in the press.

Ben Wishaw briefly mentions Bond 25 in an interview with the BBC.

Whishaw emphasises he knows nothing about the next film and can't even be sure he'll be in it. But he enjoyed stretching his muscles in Spectre in a way Q hadn't before.

"I'm secretly hoping that I'll get to do more action in the next one. I'd like to be a little bit more involved - it would be wonderful.

"But we'll see. Like everything to do with James Bond, it's all a mystery at the moment."

Right? He already had way too much screentime in SP, the last thing he needs is more.

Agreed, they need reining back, not more bloody screentime !!

I most certainly do NOT want more action with Q. When I want sufficient Q screentime, I simply pop in LTK.

A little more involved? No way; SF was the right amount of screentime. SP had way too much. Let’s hope EON will not overuse the MI6 gang again. It just felt so pointless. I’d rather have no Q/Moneypenny at all if they are going to take up half the screentime.

They need to show his cats. Or what became of them.

I really liked Whishaw in Spectre, but no thanks.

Blofeld adopted them as a punishment for Q for interfering with his plans.

At the very least, have Blofeld s cat and Q s cats be from the same litter.

Q and Bond were some of the best scenes

Q already saved the world (or at least shut down Nine Eyes) in the last one. What more does he want?

Leave a little bit of heroism for OO7 why don't you. All he did was save Maddy and shoot down brother's copter in the last one.

Maybe their past will come back to haunt them when a mouse they attacked and scarred will return looking for revenge. Forcing them to retreat to Scotland.

Where did Quantum Organization go? He predicted a couple of announcements back in August/Sept. then disappeared.

Didn’t he leak certain information on a couple occasions?

The mouse from L’Americain, of course!

    That is true villainy. **shiver**

I believe you've struck on some golden dialog for Craig Bond, there, @BMW_with_missiles. Nice.

In my opinion he had more chemistry with that CGI mouse than he did with his leading lady, so I wouldn't be upset if it made a return.

    "Who are you working for?"

Just the thought of the predictable answer sends shivers down my spine. While it didn't have a ring, I'm sure a DNA analysis of it can find a link back to Blofeld. There, that'll give Q something to do.

All those most recent comments tell me how much harm was done to the new incarnation of Bond that started with Casino Royale. All that nonsense that was implemented or extended in SP must go ... There's nothing wrong with the casting of Bond's MI6 colleagues but please, dear writers of B25, get rid of all that nonsense ... it's the official James Bond series and not "Austin Powers 4" ...

He was talking nonsense - he also said they will be doing Bond 25 and 26 back to back.

@QuantumOrganization worked for SPECTRE, and was here to mislead.
