Avengers Marvel, or Avengers Diana Rigg?
2. Anchorman
3. The Last Samurai
4. Fanboys
5. The Fifth Element
What version?
2.) 'Goldeneye'
3.) 'Man on Fire'
4.) 'The Tailor of Panama'
5.) Carpenter's 'The Thing'
I have so many films that I classify as near perfection and highly enjoyable, so this list constantly changes for me.
Just kidding!!! Not even close.
Just a few In no order.
Shawshank Redemption.
Forrest Gump.
The Dark Knight.
Patton.
Pulp Fiction.
Lord of the Rings series.
2 - The Matrix
3 - Casino Royale
4 - The Shining
5 - GoldenEye
The last 2 I'm not 100% sure of though... the top 3 are pretty solid :)
#2- Blade Runner
#3- Superman: The Movie
#4- Star Wars
#5- The Living Daylights
No it's not that, I just wasn't sure if there were other films that might take those places or whatever (was trying to avoid having two films from the same series, even if it was Bond!).
Casino Royale and GoldenEye are VERY close for me but I think CR just about edges it. It's very close though :)
2. Heat
3. Casino
4. Psycho
5.American Beauty
A whole lot more great films here. 'Heat' is definitely one of my favorites.
Also on the list for sure would be Forrest Gump. Not 100% sure about the rest of my list :)
Is that Club called Fi - nevermind.
I really loved 'Forrest Gump.' It was one of those films that took me forever to see, and I loved it when I finally managed to see it in high school. I've seen it quite a few times since then.
In no particular order
1. Get Carter (1971)
2. To Catch a Thief (1955)
3. Stagecoach (1939)
4. The Empire Strikes Back
5. Once Upon A Time In The West
6. Where Eagles Dare
7. The Fellowship of The Ring
8. The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension (1984)
9. A Chinese Ghost Story (1987)
10. Quatermass & The Pit (1968)
1.Scarface
2.Jaws
3.Raging Bull
4.Monty Pythons - The Holy Grail
5.Goldfinger/Live and let die/OHMSS
I find it impossible to choose between my favourite 3 bonds so they all get in!!
Tell me about it!
I Really wanted to include The Warriors and John Carpenters The Thing, which I notice you have in your top 5. nice.
Raging Bull 1980
Rear Window 1954
Broken Arrow 1950 (not that nonsense with Travolta and Slater)
Brazil 1985
Midnight Express 1978
Goodnight
But for today:
Roman Holiday
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Miracle on 34th Street
Top Hat
Good Will Hunting
Casablanca
Zodiac
The Dark Knight
Spiderman 2
Jaws
Raiders of The Lost Ark
Alien
Zodiac
Chinatown
Quite difficult to nail down and I'd rather a top 10, can't say an all time favourite so another 5 to consider would be
The Godfather Part 2
Se7en
Memento
Once Upon A Time In America
The Exorcist
JFK
Even those 10 were hard but if I'm nailing down a top 10 then that would be it at the moment although it could change.
- The Godfather
- The Godfather Part II
- The Empire Strikes Back
Other favorites of mine:
- Gladiator
- Casino
- Layer Cake
- From Russia with Love
- Patton
- Walk the Line
And the day that you say to yourself "You know what, I am going to purchase that today" is the moment that it won't be there. That happens to me all the time, mostly with books but often with films. I see something that sparks my interest, yet I say "I'll pick it up next time." Little do I realize that the next time I am in the store the item in question will be gone. It is moments like that where I feel the world is against me.
1-On her Majesty's Secret Service
2-Lincoln
3-Casino Royale
4-City Lights
5-The Lords of the Ring
Interesting list, though Spiderman looks a little odd in it. Even if I like it, why do you have such high regard for it? (I'm not judging by the way. I'm only curious.)
