You cheeky runt...you better give us a really big Xmas tree this year..or else... ;)
I know sharia is in place in London, but PLEASE!
Hahaha Just saluting a good ally...but i admit i did press the wrong emothingy..i'm watching 'A Few Good Men' on SKY at the moment...had a non-multi-task moment...
Play by the rules or don't play.
:D
Well that was easy!
:-?
If that was the third choice, I'd go for that one too actually.
Theoretically speaking, if the two entries were wiped out, the emotional connection between Bond and M in SF would be largely lost without CR.
That's probably the most logical way to answer this question for me, since the average rankings of the two sets are nearly identical.

seems to be a clear case, CR/SP has beaten QOS/SF
quite surprising even if it was (on purpose) a very difficult choice.
You're right. I never thought about that until now.
QoS and SF have such rewatch value for me and brilliant though CR is, I don't watch it much, although it does go in the player on special occasions.
My sentiments exactly.
The reason why I'd go with CR is because his hypothetical here means the other choice would no longer exist. I think the quality matters the most because this is what the films would look like:
Sequel to a movie that you can't watch the foundation for, basically losing out on the best moments of the film since they have no connection.
Skyfall suddenly seems overly introspective and emotional because we no longer have the story where he acquires his scars and grows through the nurturing of Judi Dench's M.
Spectre seems even more like a QOS clone because the background threads they so heavily rely on become pretty hollow (I already think they are pretty empty).
I just can't imagine Bond without the Miami International scene introducing post-9/11 Bond, the poker game against Le Chiffre, and Bond's rise and fall through the love and loss of Vesper.
