Which Bond would you rather see in TOMORROW NEVER DIES?

    David Niven-1
    George Lazenby-2
    Roger Moore-1
    Timothy Dalton-1
    Pierce Brosnan-4
    Daniel Craig-1

    Any more votes?

    Yes.

    TND needs Roger Moore.

I have to admit, that would be an interesting experiment !

Seems like Brosnan is the man for TND. Not a single vote for Connery this time. Anyhow...

Roger Moore! At least he'd have a little fun with Zukovski.

Brosnan. I wouldn't want any other actor to suffer this kind of humiliation in the role.

Craig would be perfect that way he would have been in the original (TWINE) and the remake (SF)

Brosnan. The second best Bond film deserves the best.

Denise Richards gets the backlash. But, Talisa Soto gets a free pass.

Agreed. I never cared for any of Dalton's Bond girls.

Although Mike Myers certainly could have elevated TWINE (or SF) to some level of fun.
Or Johnny English for that matter.

I remember reading about the rumours where Brosnan was going to appear in the third Austin Powers film in cameo role, and Mike Myers was slated for his own cameo in either TWINE or DAD. An idea immediately shut down by Michael G. Wilson.

I never found either of those funny. Least of all Austin Powers.

Strangely I have never been a fan of Rowan Atkinson let alone his awful (imo) Mr. Bean.
But I love Johnny English, the first one is damn funny.

As for Austin Powers, the first one is perfect. The music, Liz Hurley, the dialogue, the sets, the plot, everything. The Spy Who Shagged Me is almost as good but sadly Goldmember is just bloody awful except for the PTS.

I agree, Jason. Goldmember is the weakest of the three. But, the PTS scene with Dr. Evil demonstrating his plan about "Preparation H" ( :)) ) and Scott taking the piss at him is definitely a brilliant one. That also said, Goldmember does have its moments.

The first Johnny English and Austin Powers are funny in places, but that is more because of the actors than the quality of the material.

I don t find silly glasses, big teeth and funny voices to be fun at all.

It's not fair to judge Mike Meyers on his looks alone..
