I'd say George Lazenby. Sure it'd be some read.

Which Bond s secret diary would you rather get hold of?

    Barry Nelson-
    Sean Connery-3
    David Niven-
    George Lazenby-2
    Roger Moore-1
    Timothy Dalton-
    Pierce Brosnan-
    Daniel Craig-

Connery's just to see what the old misery thinks of everyone! Though I wouldn't expect too many surprises - he's sued all but one producer he's worked for, if I remember correctly!

    Corrected scores

    Barry Nelson-
    Sean Connery-2
    David Niven-
    George Lazenby-2
    Roger Moore-1
    Timothy Dalton-
    Pierce Brosnan-
    Daniel Craig-

Thanks for the votes. I will get hold of the diary most people demand, and publish it online.

This wasnt very popular, but I just stole the diaries of Connery and Lazenby, to be published shortly.

Nelson, Niven, Dalton, Brosnan, Craig-no one gives a damn about your shallow inner lives.

    New question:
Which Bond would you rather wake up in bed with after a drunken out of your mind evening?

I may pass on this personally, but looking forward to some revealing answers. Maybe some ladies and homos may finally contribute here?

Oh, alright then, difficult as it may be, I'll take a shot at this.

This is probably the only situation where, of all the Bonds, I will select Pierce Brosnan.

The reason being, I'll have time to high tail it out of there because he'll inevitably start to bare his soul to me ("made your bed" and all that metro mumbo jumbo) rather than getting down to business.

Connery will probably kill me and Craig has been there before (as he confessed in SF) so I may not make it out.

Wasn t it the other way around?

I chew on garlic almost daily, and have never once been attacked by vampires.

Yes. I believe Rigg chewed garlic to spite Lazenby. By all accounts, she couldn't stand him.

But can you stand him? If so, give him a vote in the brand new straight competition!

@Birdleson is so modern he refuses to say 'A New Hope' instead of 'Star Wars', and will kill everyone who makes that mistake ;)

Ladies and homos, this wasn t very encouraging. Only David Niven and Pierce Brosnan are allowed near any of our beds here. As for the rest of them, yuk!

Less controversial question coming up instead:

Which Bond actor would you rather see as a superhero? And which one? Masked vigilantes can also be considered and other similar sci fi creations.

Let's not forget, George Lazenby played Superman's father, Jor-El. So, he sort of is a superhero, too.

But, if it was up to me, I would have liked to see Sean Connery play an aging Nick Fury (the original) in the 1980s. Call it Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD.

Daniel Craig would definitely be a great Green Arrow (no, not "Arrow", but "Green Arrow").

I think Dalton would have been great as Tony Stark. Even more so as Mandrake.

But my vote goes to George Lazenby. I can see him as Superman.

    Sean Connery-1
    David Niven-

Craig for sure. He's got the build and he's already shown superhuman qualities (blasting through a wall and managing to live through getting his balls squelched in CR, falling from a great height in SF, surviving a building collapse and needles in SP) etc. etc.. Even Batman hasn't done all that, I don't think.

Now, why haven't I thought of that?! Dalton as The Shadow! Sheer perfection!

Shame though, I've already cast my vote...
