Suggested for Gustav Graves so far are Sean Bean, Javier Bardem, Yaphet Kotto and Putter Smith twice. I think I will join the Smith campaign. Anyone else?

I think you should add @some_Kind_of_Hero's idea of Karen Dor to the list. Who doesn't like Flashing tits?

Putter Smith is officially cast as Gustav Graves, then.

    Now something far more interesting.

Which Bond villain actor would you rather see as Le Chiffre in CASINO ROYALE?

    Joseph Wiseman.
  • Michael Lonsdale

Sinister, imposing. I could very easily see him inhaling Benzedrine across the baize from Bond or threatening him with a knotted rope. Perfect look and voice for how I imagine Fleming's LeChiffre.

    Joseph Wiseman.

Excellent suggestion! I am going for the same.

+1. His casino scene in TB is one of the best. Why show the weeping eye when you can just cover it with an eye patch. No more tell!

Least im-perfect. Double negative. So your second best choice. Which I'm guessing is not Mr. Kil, haha.

All of the above are great suggestions, but I'm going to go with Yaphet Kotto. I think he could pull off the arrogance well, while also displaying a very dark and desperate nature during the torture scene.

Another interesting suggestion there, but looks like Adolfo Celi wins the role of Le Chiffre.

    And now...

Which Bond villain actor would you rather see as Dominic Greene in QUANTUM OF SOLACE?
  • Klaus Maria Brandauer. Perfect as the little guy with a complex, especially with an attractive taller lady on his arm. Exquisitely weird. Delightfully psychotic. Yet fully believable as a real human being. Plus he's already handy with a fire axe.

    Jonathan Pryce.

I think Andrew Scott would be a good, slimey Greene,if he played the role as he does Moriarty in Sherlock.

+1. I've always felt that Almaric channeled Brandauer, or if not their performances are coincidentally similar. Both short eccentrics with confidence issues around their women.

    Thoughts on Kevin Spacey?
As a modern day nationalist figure
Waltz could have been a great Blofeld and he is understandably pissed off how it came out but Spacey would have been as good....he needs to fit in a Bond film somewhere sooner or later..even as a corrupt senator at least.

For Dominic Greene, I'm going to say Donald Pleasance.
