What about her? Anyway, it's a fun film, and I feel in a rediculous mood, so I'll vote for Denise Richards.

So is it Judi Dench as Stacey then? Prune juice with Stacey...

Which Bond girl actress would you rather see as Kara Milovy in THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS?

    Very good choice. I concur.

That's what they were going for imho.

    Olga Kurylenko as Kara
  • Jane Seymour as Kara. The innocence of Solitare would translate well, I believe...

Indeed. TLD is the FRWL of the 1980s IMHO.

I also vote for Daniela Bianchi as Kara Milovy.

The Tania Mallet as Kara suggestion is an intriguing one as well.

Kara is one of those characters I find hard to cast with someone else. Maryam is just perfect for it.

Agreed. The chemistry between her Kara and Dalton's Bond is terrific. I don't think it would've been as strong if she had played opposite Brosnan's Bond instead.

Well I think the sotry doesn't really work that well without the female sniper on the roof to be honest. And why would Bond go to Bratislava if not for Kara. He isn't much of th type to go on holiday to the eastern block while on duty.

See, a lot of problems if you do that......

Roger Moore is the perfect Bond for DAF it seems, and I approve. Again no votes for the actual actor Sean Connery. I guess he was too fat and his tie was too gay. Brosnan couldn t have done it, of course.

    Coming down:

Which Bond would you rather see in Live And Let Die?
You're forgetting that Roger Moore, himself, was also considered portly or fat back in 1971 as seen in The Persuaders, hence why Saltzman told him to lose weight. Of course, Connery wasn't given neither the time nor the luxury of being able to lose weight when David Picker came begging for him to return for DAF.

Thinking outside the box a little: why not cast Jaden Smith, Will Smith's son, as Kara? That way we can still keep the undernourished look of a twelve year old boy AND tick the diversity box.

That's killing two birds with one stone, fellas.

Agreed. As TLD stands in reality the first 1/4 of it makes an effective faithful adaptation of the Fleming's story. Without the blond female KGB(or KGB alleged) sniper, there's no one for Bond to scare the living daylights out of. I wouldn't want the series to be without the film that was the FRWL/OHMSS/CR of the 1970-2005 era.

Daniela Bianchi easily wins the role of Kara Milovy.

Which Bond girl actress would you rather see as Pam Bouvier in LICENCE TO KILL?
