Rewatched first Turtles movie followed up by my first view of the second movie who finaly get his Dutch tv premiere. It turn out the second movie was a lot less darker then expect it going to be and chacter not turn in villian.

But my feeling is that watching them in two days it feels like it have worked better as tv series, because i whant more. Inspecialy more Splinter. Introduction of new villian in second is to fast and there should keep it as earlier first preview. Overall the pacing is mabey to fast, with even more Transformers in mix then first it be shame there not take more time. 90 minutes for first movie and 100 or so for second.

Insteed of making a 5th Transformers movie (who not watched yet) there better have consider making a 3th Turtles movie or tv series follow up. Even now it is 6 years since second, mabey Warner should take over from Paramount or consider working together for making 3th and 4th movie around 130 minutes each or making two seasons of 8 episodes follow up tv series.

Speaking of TMNT, I wouldn't mind another Michael Bay film. I know people HAAAAAATE Michael Bay, his films, and Megan Fox. But I don't. And those recent two film got a few good laughs out of me.

Announcements this week said the Furiosa prequel started filming in Australia for a 2024 release.

Mad Mad: The Wasteland will have to wait.

So with The Big Lebowski, there is The Jesus Rules (2020).

But I'd still like Farewell My Lebowski, or The Lebowski Goodbye, or others.

And still waiting for Mathilda the Professional. But it wasn't meant to be.

The Jesus Rolls... Ah yes. It is my civil duty to ask everyone to stay away from that insultingly awful film. Trust me, I have been there. I have gone to hell and taken the walk of shame on my way back.

It may be the worst sequel I have ever seen, not counting sequels to Disney classics.

Absolutely. This one makes Highlander 2 look like a masterpiece by comparison.

    Wanna. Coulda. Shoulda.
This is the biggest and saddest missed opportunity in recent cinema history for me. Why, Luc? Why? It is not too late, I guess.

Is it just me, or is that poster giving off serious 90's/early 00's Lara Croft vibes? I think it's the glasses, guns and gloves.

Big missed opportunity, this one. Everyone seemed to love it, I only wish it had fared better at the box office (though that somehow didn't stop those early rumors of an all-female sequel series coming to TV, for whatever reason).

And for me, take me back to 2010 and give me a Quantum of Solace sequel, then a couple of years before that so I can also get a Miami Vice sequel to tie up that cliffhanger thanks to Jamie Foxx's pampered attitude ruining things for me.

I'd have to agree with all of that! The Nice Guys deserved so much better. I loved it. Picked up a Bluray copy in poundland of all places a few years ago!

If only the Craig Bond's had continued in the same vein as CR and QOS....😏

I'm gonna offer a contrary opinion and say I don't want a Léon sequel, as a) Léon would not be in it, and b) to me, the point was that Mathilda would be leaving all that violence behind.

And I'm gonna offer another contrary opinion and say I don't want a Nice Guys sequel, as I felt nothing in that film worked very well. The humor was annoying (especially that kid on the bike), the characters were annoying (especially the daughter, who by the way, appears to be a pro at logical deductions, but is only around 13 years old), and the plot needed a little more work (I don't remember the specifics at the moment, but I felt this regarding the plan to hide the anti-pollution message within the porn film). I also didn't care for the opening with the dying woman; I think there were going for something a bit extravagant and bizarre, but I didn't care for it.

A Grosse Pointe Blank smart sequel would be nice. And War Inc. is not that.
