Bond on the Underground, love it....'He's keen to get home' !!....

I'm happy they finally made it happen after so many films. Bond on the Tube. One of the best scenes in the film.

This is such a class bad ass movie despite the writers strike, Craig is on top form hitting top tier Bond levels. Quantum despite its obvious issues is not plagued with melodrama, Bond is raw real emotion credit to DC.

No gun barrel though the opening shot and music build from Arnold is awesome

One of my favourite pre title sequences or even action sequences of the series, this is intense. I love how the viewer is locked into what Bond is experiencing during this car chase

Love the 70's vibe to this film
Great title sequence minimal like the earlier Binder sequences.

I like the title track its far better IMO than the Oscar winning tracks that followed, certaining the SP abomination.

The camera following the bullet in the title sequence is awesome, with Bond walking casually in the background.

DC was totally wasted in the Mendes pretentious films, DC was an awesome Bond in CR and QOS

`Don't bleed to death' great cold and callousness from Bond

Bond is permantly pissed off in these early scenes, subtle not exposition just good acting from DC

A look can communicate intention and feelings well rather than a melodramatic scene. This film does the former well

The chase sequence with Mitchell reminds me of OHMSS and has a Hitchcock feel

There are many allusions to Vertigo in this film

The Bond and M scene discussing Mitchell really ups the threat level, alas the next few films destroyed the good ground work

One thing I would remove from this film is the location text, I find it irritating

Bond killing Mr Slate is brutal, DC is phenomenal during this scene, his emotional reaction after is consistent with his portrayal in CR. 20 minutes in this is a brilliant film

Mathieu Amalric reminds me of Bond 60's type villain, the actor is a convincing psychopath with an obvious resemblance to Roman Polanski
