    In the beginning, Pierce looks like Mary Poppins or something.

    My two favorite moments are at the beginning where it looks like Pierce is packing his chute but it deploys and forcefully pulls him to the sea and the second is where He gets back into the Skidoo and everyone watches eagerly as he magically flings it back up onto the cliff. :))

    Not so fast, @PropertyOfALady. It's acting to visually deconstruct (or with Bond, construct I guess) something very familiar--I expect in a way that stimulates the brain like reading words in English from right to left triggers more awareness.
    Though I admit not everything can sound as interesting as Chris Cornell backwards, that's a given.

The only thing EON forgot to do was have a scene before the climax of SF in Scotland where Bond does the trust fall and catches M as she goes backwards. It would have been the perfect visual metaphor for their ability to forgive their trust issues and move on to face the coming enemy. ;)
