He was also strongly considered for the role of Quarrel.

A good Bond ally in Thunderball, and a long history in the movie world.
RIP Earl Cameron.

An excellent actor who really was wasted in the role of Pinder.

I heard the news on BBC Radio 2 this morning. Quite a remarkable career. I always liked Cameron as Pinder. Wish he had more to do.
I completely missed this, didn't hear or catch anything about it. What a loss but 102 is quite the age to reach in life, happy he lived a long and eventful one. RIP, Mr. Cameron.

Arthur Wooster worked on eight Bond films, including the five directed by John Glen in the 80's. Along with work on GE, TWINE and DAD.
I enjoyed his memories of working on the Bond films, which are part of the SE Bond DVD's.
RIP
R.I.P.
Same here.
I must confess that sometimes I find the “behind the scenes” documentaries to be more interesting than the movies themselves (especially since I’ve already watched all of them tens of times). Without resorting to “gossip”, I love hearing about all of the issues that come up during the production of a major film, and how they were overcome.
RIP to Mr. Wooster and thank you for all of your contributions to the world of film and to the Bond movies over the years.
I also enjoyed his contributions for the Inside documentaries. Nevertheless, I will always associate him with his excellent work during the John Glen Era.
Damn!
