    The idea was supposed to happen in QOS, before Marc Forster ruined it. It makes sense now.

    This better not be some 'Agent Under Fire' type of plotline...I don't think I'll be able to stop myself making references to it and Metal Gear Solid if that were the case!

    Just to be clear: That twitter guy claimed that Eva Green filmed new scenes at Pinewood.

    Plus same guy said that Britt Ekland and Grace Jones will appear at the spectre party in Havana in brief roles/cameos.

    Didn't this all stem from
    Eva Green following Cary Fukunaga on social media?
    If that's all it is based on then it's really just speculation. I also thought that
    the Grace Jones cameo fell apart and isn't actually happening.

    It has actually been confirmed that there were plans for her to have a cameo in the Jamaica scenes but they fell through after Jones failed to convince Fukunaga to give her a larger part while on a snorkelling trip together.

    Regarding a possible cameo from you know who, Fukunaga has included hallucinogenic imagery in his films/shows before…

    What do y'all make of this? i believe that 0:15 is an extended shot we have not seen before, but I am not sure if this is official.

    Can anyone confirm if this is the NTTD trailer seen before BW, or a fan production?

    @phantomvices well it features the instrumental of Friction by Imagine Dragons, which was used extensively in the Mission Impossible Rogue Nation trailers, so I would say fan made.

    Nope, nothing new there and it even has Mission Impossible music so it must be fan made.

    I recall an article stating that Grace Jones declined because she would not have gotten as much screen time as she would have preferred. Might that sound familiar to others among us ?

    By we are you referring to other members of the forum, or someone else?
    Also a confirmation on any forum is usually followed up to a link to the source. Hearsay and off the record sources cannot be trusted. Obviously.

    I think the Mendes team realized this mishap and did things a little differently with Lucia.

    I've heard, probably here, that they shot a scene that took place on the plane back to London, where Bond discussed the fate of Séverine and paid tribute to her, but it was deleted for pacing concerns. It should have been included as an extra on the DVD and Blu-ray.

    That said, the quick, brutal and casual dismissal of Séverine has the effect of catching the audience off guard, as everybody, when Skyfall was released, assumed that Bérénice Marlohe would be the main James Bond girl in this entry. If she's dead before the middle of the movie, I then wondered who the lead female character would then be, until I realized it would be M.
