It sounds like an epic love theme! So excited.
“Why is the new James Bond movie 2 hours 43 minutes long,” wrote one Twitter user. “Does that include a cocktail break. did they add another minute for every week of delays.”
“I don’t know whether to be excited or dreadful about No Time To Die being almost 3 hours long,” wrote someone else.

No Time To Die actor Lashana Lynch: ‘James Bond could be a man or woman, of any race or age’

They killed off M. I don’t see the problem in that idea as long as it’s done well.
This!
No time to die is "TDKR" of the bond universe, an epic culmination of story and character development.
And if they do kill off a major character, I imagine it will be handled correctly and give Bond the motivation to go forth. I doubt we're going to get another Mathis in the trash can scene (and I love that scene). Craigs bond has always been plagued by tragedy and loss no matter how hard he tries to leave it behind, NTTD is culminating that so I expect huge stakes in the personal loss department.
I haven't even watched the film and yet my dislike for Lashana/Nomi somehow grows stronger...what a dumb comment from her.
Scene 211.
Do we think we will see bond aboard the ship.
Apparently only 2nd unit crew was sent aboard according to recent production notes
(Wishful thinking? Maybe I just want to see Craig don the Commander Uniform lol)
I find the actual quote from her worse.
“We are in a place in time where the industry is not just giving audiences what it thinks the audience wants. They’re actually giving the audience what they want to give the audience. With Bond, it could be a man or woman. They could be white, black, Asian, mixed race. They could be young or old. At the end of the day, even if a two-year-old was playing Bond, everyone would flock to the cinema to see what this two-year-old’s gonna do, no?” the Captain Marvel star said.
Perhaps I'm too cynical (although I do not think so), but it seems that now more than ever the industry is focused on what they perceive the audience to want, to maximize profits. And no, Lashana, I wouldn't go watch a 2 year old play James Bond.
I think the difference for me is
You are being too cynical.
Maybe comes back with Naval forces to Safin's lair...hence the destroyer?
That would be a great twist in my opinion, which I think would satisfy a majority of people.
I think this type of outrage media is a given in Bond, especially surrounding the women. Think of all the last times they announced spinoffs, changes to Bond and such? It's happened with every movie since the 90s. Every new bond girl is 'not like the other girls'. Every action bond girl is going to get her own spinoff. Every new Bond is going to show off a new side of Bond. Just learn to block it out at this point.
Sure, it's distasteful to read and reeks of pandering, but unless EON goes completely off the deep end, it's all speculative fluff and is never going to happen.
Agreed!
But the scientist he’s filched from the Russians and engaged to develop this program has gone rogue and turned it into something horrific and dangerous. M has unwittingly developed something that got out of hand. It is M’s questionable decision-making that sees him turn to Bond. He needs MI6’s best agent to return and help to right the wrong”.
- They confirm that the frozen lake cabin is Mr. White’s family house, so he was supposed to live there with his wife and daughter. This ties with the “I hate guns” story from SP and when White points out that his wife “left long ago” perhaps he didn’t want to say the truth to Bond, that she was actually killed.
- Safin’s liar is blown up by the Royal Navy’s ship as seen in the trailers. Corbould hopes to set another “biggest explosion” record just like SP did.
Fantastic new stuff in here. Happy to see a glimpse of the V8 in action.
Beautiful!
More gorgeous V8 footage?
Drool...
-The v8,
-that beautiful guitar riff
The whole trailer takes me back to the brosnan era, in a healthy way ;)
