Fifteen years ago, while the Coen brothers were shooting "No Country for Old Men" (starring Javier Bardem), they had to halt production because there suddenly was a bang and a big cloud of smoke coming from the other side of the hill where they were shooting.
They investigated the explosion. It turned out that Paul Thomas Anderson was filming "There Will Be Blood" on the other side and it was the scene where the derrick explodes.
Ultimately, both films got the lion's share of the Oscars the same year. Robert Elswit, who had been the cinematographer on Tomorrow Never Dies, actually won the Oscar for best photography (for "There Will Be Blood") against Roger Deakins for "No Country...".
Haha!
Coming here like this was an inspiration.
There is NO WAY she was only 23 years old in Casino Royale. Maybe late 20s or early 30s.
That’s one small detail from the film that’s been bugging me.
Thought the same thing. Why make her so young? The character was more mature and Bond was supposed to be in his thirties at the time.
Yeah I noticed that on second viewing too. Was this Bond meant be born in 68 like Daniel as well?
His was '68 in CR; '72 in SF etc.
Paul Duncan's book has details on it and it's out today.
It features extra text for SP as well.
I won't buy it since I already have the previous XXL edition.
Hopefully someone will kindly provide some pictures, at least of the text.
I reckon it's just another casual adjustment of the timeline, making the events of both CR and QOS take place in 2008.
All the images I'm finding are of them sitting at the bar. I'm hoping for a full body shot when they are walking in together.
@Contraband I was told you might have something?
Only a screengrab somewhere in the archive

That sounds good. Did you buy this new edition? If so, can you please post what details it includes about Boyle's version? I don't plan on buying this new edition just for a few extra pages.
No I already have the 2015 version ... hope someone here will buy it.
Sounds good thank, worth a listen? I liked the podcast Craig did for Spectre, it was a good listen.
That guy looks like he's had a bit of work done! :D
Oh wow that sounds extremely interesting. Hope someone here has it.
Which one?
I'll see myself out.
Aw! :D I think Craig is ageing rather gracefully.

Includes a batch of NTTD production photos. Some of her other photos are also worth a look...
@Contraband could you send it to me please? I would very much appreciate it.
Got mine today! It's wonderful, but I thought it was going to be more like the Greg Williams books from the other Craig movies (is there a Williams book for NTTD?).
Not the most SFW Instagram page, for those who haven't clicked on it yet ;)
I've ordered my NTTD making of book off Amazon (because I'm cheap and it was cheapest there) but apparently it's also sold out so I'm waiting :(.
@BMWTREKPSE
I can't find it at the moment. But when I do, I'll DM you
