They are surely hard at work, but the photos we've seen so far suggest a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

Waltz’s blofeld was cringeworthy. Among the worst villains of the series. At least Gray’s portrayal had personality.

I think Charles Gray's Blofeld could kick Waltz' Blofeld's a$$.
TBH I think Truman-Lodge or Boris could whip Waltz' Blofeld.

    Telly Savalas too.

I don't need Blofeld in B25, unless with the message that he has escaped at the end (and a quick cameo).

Didn't CJF laughed while saying "officially returning" in GoldenEye interview. I think there is still some chance that we get see some more characters who haven't been officially announced yet i.e Waltz Blofeld.

I agree, perhaps Mr. Hinx? Although I think Dave Bautista's schedule is going to be full for a while. Or even Camille. Barbara Broccoli never ruled out a return for her. There's more major characters, that we don't know about, considering this is going to be a finale.

Quite. Also, CJF's social media savvy is paying off. I gripe about this often, I know, but the simple act of keep up appearances on Instagram goes a long way toward generating some enthusiasm and goodwill. EON take note!

Indeed. Also worth noting that this is the first Bond director of the "social media generation". Looking forward to see what more CJF might share.

Virtually anything done in film today can be compared to something that has preceded it. . Armchair critics need to be a little more creative when dismissing a potential story element.

John wick disagree with you ;)
I love John Wick without reservations, at the same time I can tick off half a dozen Bond items in the John Wick 3 trailer. Not a bad thing, but easily noted. I still get the point for Wick's innovation, but Bond's not exempt from that.

Lea Seydoux gave an interview to Madame Figaro and seemed to say she has read a scene for the film but the scenario changes, although the article was in french and i had to translate it so i could be off, also she implied she will be going to Cannes.

So, they built this for the movie?

I can see the complaining about Cuba already: "TOO MANY LADAS IN DIS MOVIE"

I think they were filming yesterday with Jeffrey Wright and Billy Magnussen. Both were uploading on Instagram.

Maybe they’re all glad they’re getting rid of Craig. What is up with these rumors that no one on the production side can’t stand him though?

Speaking of locations, won't this mark the fourth out of five DC Bond movies where 007 goes to Italy? I understand that Italy is a beautiful and cinematic country, but c'mon. There are so many locations that Bond has not traveled in the films (Australia and New Zealand, anyone?) so do we need to keep repeating the same ones?

A minor gripe that does not mar my excitement, which is currently through the roof. The knowledge that a new Bond film is in production has me so elated.

Moore also went there 3 films in a row - TSWLM, MR and FYEO

    Very good point!

I think Magnussens and dencicks role will be the smallest. Armas and Lynch willl have some decent amount of screentime

Definitely my first guess. Might be a nice trick if they could write in a way for him to finally get comeuppance at Felix's hands. . .

What are you guys talking about? Blurred out? If you’re talking about the guy behind the white scribble and blue smiley face, that’s obviously Magnussen. His outfit is exactly what we’ve seen on set.
