i'm not sure how people feel about set photos. But i love them.

"We see nothing", "useless", are the word that came to me. I mean the plage one : useless, the one with trees : useless, the video with the dog : useless like hell.

Where are the guys who are supposed you know to promote the film ? Are they stills alive at least ? Fans are hunger of news but the rare one who came, the rare time they came, show absolutly nothing interesting.

As has been said many times before by many a member... Promote what exactly? A film that hasn't yet finished production? A film of which they are trying to keep all the finer details under wraps? Including the title? And the character names? Consider me in the minority perhaps but I prefer going to see a film without any idea of what's going on. Seeing Spectre, whilst enjoyable, having been unable to avoid the leaks that seemed to be posted anywhere and everywhere was incredibly disheartening for me. I can understand that people are keen to see more, honestly I can. What I can't understand is why people are so frustrated at not being able to see everything...

Prince Charles will be the true mastermind of Spectre.

Agreed. This is Bond and we're obviously following its production very very closely. But think about other films that you don't do this for, how aware are you of them prior to release? Rise of Skywalker admittedly has had a (very very brief) trailer, as has Top Gun 2. Like the Tolkien film, I only knew about that a few weeks before its release when I saw the trailer in the cinema.

So you find interesting to see a smoke machine in the middle of an unknow forest? What's the point? I mean people who don't want to know anything have the choice : they can watch or not images that are (eventually) gived by the prod ; people who want to know more have not the choice since they are no real images given by last weeks.

Did I want to see more than a random smoke machine? Hell yeah (how I can see less anyway ? It's the bottom of what you can show ; so far the most exiting photos no come from the prod but by paparazi ; and the text in legend add nothing interesting at all), It's been 4 year since Spectre, 4 year of endless waiting, of course such useless photo don't sate my hungy and the one of lot of fan.

Beside for answer at the question : does it more enjoyable to discover the film without know it? Probably? But enjoy the discover the time of 2h00 film seemsless profitable than enjoy each leaks/spoilers spread in x months. For me have pleasure of discovering during Month > have pleasure during a couple of Hours.

The worst part is that they have a gold concept with having the director on Instagram (never done before in term of communication in the franchise). It's a shame, could have been an epic interesting text diaries of the director (like the diaries of Marc Forster in the book of Greg Williams), but no...

But I guess the turn of this conversation goes in an off-topic subject...

Dumb question but does anyone know if the Bond25 crew work on weekends? And if so, do they work shorter days or regular?

Crews frequently work weekends, it's all down to the schedule and locations. For example the London exterior location shoots on Bond (or any other film or tv) often have to be shot on Sundays because it's easier to close roads etc. than it is during a working week. As for regular hours, well the idea of 9-5 just doesn't apply when making a film - both shooting it and editing it. Crews and cast often start very early (location managers have to be the first at a location to make sure all is ok and ready, so they often have to be up at 4.30am or earlier (depending on where a location might be) and then they are pretty much the last person to leave a location at night (say 8 or 9pm or later). When a film switches to studio filming, that generally means slightly shorter hours, but can still require 6 days a week. Basically, whether studio based or location based, crews work very hard and work long hours.

    Thanks very much @ColonelSun,
I'm going to Matera in mid september and i want to utilize my time there as best as possible, and I was wondering if i should stay there on the weekend plus two working days, or on regular weekdays. Looks like weekdays will be the better/saver option.

Yes, Bond 25 will be taking much of the place over, so u should catch a fair amount of the action. Enjoy and report back to us.

If last night’s shooting was anything to go by they continued well into the night and started early again this morning....I’m guessing because the weather conditions were right, and tomorrow loads of rain is scheduled for here, but the filming is likely to take a further 2 weeks.

Another view of the yacht/chopper. One of the replies says someone at their hotel said they were filming Bond.

    – Palazzo Bernardini
    – Via Pennino
    – Piazza San Francesco
    – Via Bruno Buozzi
    – Belvedere de Murgia Timone

    Good luck!

Bond has not donned scuba gear in a long time. Maybe this is the moment.

Entirely speculative but as I left work in Southwark this evening they were closing off a road and there was a few big crew lorries - one with Panavision written down the side, a crane light, and a few other bits. They were just setting up for what could be a night shoot on something. Could possibly be a 2nd /3rd unit pick up of Bond on his way to Qs house as it’s not far.

Ok........so Rami Malek has now 100% wrapped 'Mr Robot'.

This mean that Malek is back to work on Bond 25 full-time! Maybe he's filming in Swinley Forest? If iNorway is the finale, they could be filming this scene:

Have you seen anything today @wetnelly ?

Glad to hear Malek should be freed up now. Filming for B25 is going through October right?
I wonder how much screen time Malek will get? Maybe his villain is like Doctor No or Pleasence's Blofeld who turns up in the 3rd act?

So he claims he filmed scenes in Norway but was never seen? Only his stunt double?

I know he has been spotted in London maybe 2-3 times?

Also read somewhere that him and Craig haven't really filmed scenes together because of his schedule.

Filming wraps in October, so they have two more months.

    The one before the smoke..

Kinda weird timing? They claim the yacht scenes are for Bond. Featuring a helicopter. Helicopters are definitely in the movie because we saw them in the set photos for the forrest scene.
