Let's move on!
@jake24 and @Creasy47 did all the work. I only got here for the finale.
And the idea that if one didn't agree with this assessment made one "gay" and "retarded" was despicable.
Bond loves women. The man is a hedonist (loves sex (his preference is women); loves fine food and booze and cigarettes and clothes that are comfortable and feel good);
The skimpy/porno thing did a disservice to what James Bond is and shows a lack of class and understanding of this character (yes, showing skin IS hot/sexy, but porno/bimbo is the McDonalds of sexuality... and apart from a few missteps in this series (there have been some), McDonalds it is not) .
And to our friends, like @Denbigh-- who've taken a kick to the nuts too many times because of their sexuality-- I salute you, man. You brushed this silliness off with aplomb. And a flex of the muscles. More Bondian than the straight guy that wants porno-chicks as Bond girls...
On top of that, the gay men I know (lifting in a gym; boxers), appreciate the female form as much as hetro-men-- but they can be more critical, lol, since they don't want to jump the women-- a critical eye that appreciates aesthetics without having sex with the person, may have more value...-- just a thought...
At least know the issue has been resolved and you lot can get back on topic.
@DeerAtTheGates same here except just Bond but the girls too if they are cool characters I don't go to Bond to look at girls. The girls I do like if they hot but that's not the only thing I look for if they have character that's why I like tracy she is hot and is an awesome character she can drive she can fight she is smart. Bond girls are more better if they are well rounded look at stacy sutton's character yeah she is nice to look at but she is can't do a lick. A perfect Bond girl in general should be like Tracy can not only look good but can aid Bond too. I don't know I guess it's just my preference.
@Creasy47 I had a bad feeling when I saw the notifications.
@talos7 I agree too this unacceptable and uncalled for I'm glad the mods dealt with this.
I like the way Lynch's character is shaping up. I think she'll play off Dan pretty well, hopefully.
Then I come back to see people going on even more utterly unhinged screeds without even a hint of irony.
Krazy Kajeevie sure is crazy, but his knowledge and no bullshit attitude towards the franchise is very refreshing from the other youtube pretenders.
The guy is an odious turd.
Yeah, true.
He thinks Craig will return for another.
I searched ‘Pinewood Studios’ as a location tag and several users have been posting images of themselves in black-tie. Also, there was one user who photographed a very familiar looking wall. I’d assume that they were back filming Cuba this whole month, especially as we know that Ana De Armas was back on set:
Additionally, it looks as though filming is indeed wrapping up. This user has been with the film for a long while and uploaded the personalised N.Peal wrap gift that Eon are giving the crew.
I also some videos of CJF partying with the crew. They are all dancing and looking happy – so we can forget those rumours of disharmony amongst the ranks.
Lynch will be Bond’s protégé – hence the reason why she will succeed her mentor and become 007 by the end. Much in the way that Rey became the ‘Last Jedi’.
Meanwhile, De Armas is either someone from Cuban Intelligence or Malek’s trapped lover that Bond will protect/set free. We are meant to feel sympathetic to her character – and not be waiting for the moment that Bond jumps into bed with her. Mainly because the latter will not occur.
I don’t wanna say these things ‘write themselves.’ But I’m willing to bet my house that the above plays out.
Also, this whole 'Lashana Lynch is ugly' brigade need to pipe down.
Must admit I'm a little disappointed with the "news" (she's her stunt double after all she's bound to big up Lashana's role) if you can call it that, but the writing was on the wall. Nothing against Ms Lynch at all but from what I've seen her in, she wasn't very memorable but benefit of the doubt, that could be the direction or the writing.
I'm still hopeful Ana de Armas has a good amount of screen time and is important to the plot. It would be such a shame not to use an actress of her quality with the presence she has on screen. Maybe she'll be as memorable as Bérénice Marlohe was in Skyfall, if not as beautiful.
I'm more interested in the character of Madaline Swann this time round and how they use her. Fingers crossed they write the character better this time, I felt sorry for Léa Seydoux in Spectre, the character needed to be written better.
Although I'm hoping Bond doesn't take a backseat for large parts of the film, I'm interested to see how they work all these female characters into the plot. Depending on how much we see of Miss Moneypenny, we have four female characters. You would imagine they can't fully develop all four so I think at least one has to die to further the plot.
As for the rumours of no trailer/teaser till early December
