Six Sigma: continuous efforts to achieve stable and predictable process results for business success
Yes Madeleine and good but not quite. But yes, your solution is excellent as well.
I was going for Mad-Lean (Six Sigma), with more of a Christoph Waltz two-syllable pronunciation.
Was also ready to admit obscurity and invoke the leaning Tower of Pisa toward closure.
So the floor is yours, @Some_Kind_Of_Hero. What have you got?
I wouldn't have gotten it without @Risico007's groundwork so I think he should have the next one. If he declines, I can have a new one up in a bit.
Edit: Especially Madera as it's evidently Ma-tera. Been awhile since I've brushed up on my southern Italian geography.
I'll send it to you decoded. It is doable, provided you know your Fleming for that last part.
Vul(not can)-eighty (Spang quote).
'V uh L + eighty (of a Lady).
1. Proper (way to drink tea)
2. Tia (Carrere)
3. Vulcan
4. Minus the can = Vul
5. 80 (the "Brooklyn Stomping" Wint and Kidd are ordered to give Bond in Diamonds Are Forever being just an "80 percenter")
Say it all together fast and you've got the answer!
Propertiavuleighty
Proper-tiav-uh-leighty
How about these.
#1
Here are two more in the meantime.
#3
Or I can close them out tonight.
Correct on #4, @QBranch.
The intent is boom (cannon fire) shot (bourbon in shot glass) diss (licence plate "F*** 007").
Dissing 007 is a concept I struggle with.
"Boom Shot Dis" is my remedy to the delayed release of No Time To Die, I pretty much listen to it every time I drive my car. Makes me feel good every time.

Any thoughts on #2? I can offer the last part is traditional Rebus.
