(Or I should say, we're looking for a different name for the murre.)
Spec-Auks.
Right family, but you were closer with "murre," both in terms of the species and rhyming sound.
Is it Spectre? Probably not, and no idea how I got there!
No.
Speck (everyone's favorite Italian cured meat) and Turr (Newfoundlandian for murre)

Ah, I see. I was thinking it had something to do with terns but that didn't work either!
With your bird-hunting video @Some_Kind_Of_Hero, I'm recalling my experience living and working in Alaska. I'd mention to an associate the birds I'd seen recently. And in return he'd tell me what they taste like.
Bon appetit!
Yes. Didn't realize that one was going to take as long as it did. Perhaps you can turrn this thread around, @Dragonpol.
Truth be told, the thought of eating miniature penguin did not sound remotely appetizing until I watched that guy preparing his meal.
Okay I got this @Dragonpol.
Nigel Small-Fawcett! British Embassy. Nassau. From NSNA!

Well done, @RichardTheBruce. That's the one! I hope it was OK to include unofficial Bond films too but it was an idea that came to me on the day so I had to use it!
Over to you. :)
How about this. Apologies in advance.
A Black James Bond?
The floor is yours.
I didn't mind and hopefully no one else did either. I'll just upload a new Rebus in a short while.
I'm digging the birding of course @Dragonpol.
Correct, @RichardTheBruce! Kutze it is. I decided to continue the bird theme. Over to you. :)
Yes, I never noticed that before. Maybe they are related after all...? :-O
How about this.
Is it Mr Slate?
