    I'm guessing it's Chi Chi or Sue Chi-Ho from John Gardner's Brokenclaw (1990).

    Yes I was hoping a book lover would step forward, thanks, that's it @Dragonpol. The final item from Brokenclaw.

    So those clues were:
    • Chi + Chi - Chinese symbol for energy, twice
    • Chichi - Spanish for breast
    • Chichi - French donut, similar to the Spanish-Portuguese-Latin American churro
    • Chi-Chi's Restaurant (bottom portion of logo)
    • Chee-Chee - character in Dr. Dolittle, voice by Rami Malek
    • Chi-Chi - Dragonball character, princess of Fire Mountain, daughter of the Ox-King, wife of Goku, mother of Gohan
    Researching the alternate clues I was disappointed to learn Chi-Chi also exists today as a slur against South Asians and Caribbeans of certain persuasion. So be it.

    The last part was a tricky one. It's a picture of a Ghanaian singer called Okailey Verse, who goes by the stage name of OV but your solution works just as well! Over to you! :)
