Yes, there were similar posters for CR (with Le Chiffre, Vesper, Solange and M). And there were similar for DAD and some horrendous character-posters for TWINE. They are all in The Poster Book that were released last year!

I'm guessing Deleted Scene because in the trailer there is a scene where Bond and Scaramanga exchange some dialogue after the Duel starts and Bond throws a Thermos Bomb.
