It's interesting that they talk about how GoldenEye features more well-known actors. Upon further reflection, it seems true, and it's interesting that this trend has been ignored when talking about all the famous actors and actresses in Skyfall and in the future Craig movies.

I don't know whether or not this is a promotional photo for one of his Bond films, but boy does Sean look great here. It's no wonder he was (and still is) a hit with the ladies.

@0Brady: I've seen that second photo before on one of those lobby cards for Goldfinger, and have wondered the same thing myself; that's clearly not a shot from the actual fight, so one can assume that the fight was originally longer. I wish it were! The finished product is too brief and unengaging.

I first heard about the Goldfinger vs. Bond fight being cut when someone here posted a link to a trailer for the film that showed more of the bout than what was in the final cut. It's definitely an interesting golden nugget.

If I recall correctly? This was the scene where Bond informs Melina that his girth is about the same as this bottle of Champagne? To which Melina replied "Bollingers!". ;)

I believe this photo was taken around 1965 for an advertising campaign for an alcoholic drink (wodka?). But I could be wrong.

What if that was actually the scene. Say the bullet came from the side and hit her, and he just keeps driving along, talking, unknowingly. Would have been 10x as bad to see.
