I was thinking about something like that, and I also would have posted it just for the sake of a punch line...but we don't really mean it, do we?
You know my name the rules.
DAF 1: Bond lands on Willard Whyte's penthouse toilet, but leaves his business unfinished. --- 20
DAF 2: Willard Whyte evacuates his bowels before evacuating his summer house. --- 20
TLD 1: Koskov escapes from his KGB minders (and the foul smell of the bathroom?) through the window. --- 20
TLD 2: Bond examines Kara's stuff (her cello case, to be more specific). --- 20
GE: Bond infiltrates a Soviet toilet. Violence ensues. --- 20
CR: Bond faces Fisher and an unpleasant odor in order to earn his 00 status. -- 20
Any scenes I'm forgetting? I don't want to cause a stink by leaving one out of the game.
Does the PTS of Casino Royale count?
I don't recall seeing a toilet there. If it's there, I would argue it's not prominent enough to count.

Yes, I got that you were. I just find those elimination games quite pointless but they do seem to be very popular here.
You know what? I do too. But I still get caught up in them, while the topics I like more (say trivia and locations) are slowly drifting into oblivion...unless somebody revives them. But voting on an elimination game is a cheap pastime, quickly done, and with no real personal repercussions.
Plus I guess it's way too late to object to the elimination of animals. But I kid.
