Why is Barbara Broccoli a part of this? 😅 I know she's Charlotte Scaddan, but why use Barbara's appearance? 😅

After having failed to find a dedicated Casino Royale (the movie) thread:

    bodyworlds93dn6.jpg

Found this Friday last week in Bruges/Brugge, basically right by the cathedral. Had no desire to see the show.

Should have looked for the locker key resting on the poker chips. Just sayin'.

I was in Baltimore and on the waterfront area some years back and walked up on the Body Worlds exhibit there. But it was closed, I could only peak inside the venue.

Some of them are more interesting people after they're dead.

Yes, I find that some people are better off dead.

The Wiggles are an australian preeschool band created in 1991 by Anthony Field as a tribute to her late niece Bernadette.
They grew in popularity during the 2000's during their time with Playhouse Disney in the US and Nick Jr. in the UK.
They also had international franchises in Taiwan...
    TaiwanWigglesPromoPic.jpg
    ...and Latin America.
    TheSpanishWiggles2.JPG
They still perform nowadays, altough with a completely different lineup (well, almost).
    TheWiggles2022.png
Oh, and they also did a movie in 1997.

On October 24th, their new documentary, Hot Potato: The Story of The Wiggles is streaming on Amazon Prime.
Hope that makes it clear, @j_w_pepper.

Thanks for the enlightenment, @TheSkyfallen06. I'm afraid my knowledge of Australian culture is rather limited to The Seekers and being able to strum "I Am Australian" on my guitar.

This morning I heard the racehorse General Medrano mentioned on the sports news on the BBC Radio 4 Today programme. A nice little reference to the villainous character in Quantum of Solace (2008) which made me smile. More details on the horse here:

Take that horse back to the stable and give it a kiss!

CR sits atop my list with OHMSS. But my ranking is no more relevant than Moviemeter's.

I couldn't create a thread for this, but let's rank the Bond Girls by their wealth or net worth (main):

    Top 3 richest:
    1. Octopussy
    2. Countess Tracy Di Vicenzo
    3. Stacey Sutton

Top 10 Middle Upper Class (not as rich as those top three, but they're still living a high luxurious life):
    4. Pussy Galore (a head of a pilot team, financed by Goldfinger, and probably the one who would benefit from Goldfinger's wealth after he died)
    5. Melina Havelock (An Oceanographer, she has her own ship in M/V Triana, her father was a British Marine Archeologist, they're just rich, the fact that she could also travel anywhere)
    6. Domino Derval (a Mistress of a rich man)
    7. Madeleine Swann (Daughter of a crime syndicate leader, a Psychiatrist working in an exclusive clinic in Austrian Alps, she could go to different countries without worrying about fees)
    8. Solitaire (she has her own beautiful villa, financially supported by Kananga and also a San Monique higher official)
    9. Kara Milovy (she's supported by Koskov and KGB, became a famous cellist)
    10. Vesper Lynd (she's financially supported by Quantum)

Top 15 (Quite living lavishly, showing too much glamour in style, or maybe an average living):
    11. Anya Amasova (a KGB agent who's living a high life)
    12. Holly Goodhead (CIA agent and an Astrophysicist, also might be financed by Drax, and her clothing)
    13. Camille Montes (I've placed her here because although she's Greene's Mistress, but unlike Domino, she may have no intention of getting all of his possessions).
    14. Tiffany Case (a diamond smuggler who lives a high life)
    15. Jinx (I don't think she's rich, but like Bond, NSA supported her in luxuries, the fact that she wore glamorous gowns, ride a sports car, and there's a yacht waiting for her after she cliff dived are the evidence).

Top 20 (from average living to the poorest):
    16. Mary Goodnight
    17. Christmas Jones
    18. Wai Lin
    19. Natalya Simonova
    20. Tatiana Romanova
    21. Pam Bouvier
    22. Kissy Suzuki
    23. Honey Ryder

I wish everyone a Happy New Year. Personally, I’ve never gone into a new year with so much anxiety in my life, both in my own circle and because of the world at large. I always use the holiday to reflect on what has come and what might come ahead. No drinking here; ever since getting wiped out for my 21st birthday, I can’t even taste alcohol without getting sick! At any rate, I hope we all see much success and are able to remain safe.

Does anyone else find cleaning and organization to be very therapeutic? Always difficult to start, but so rewarding later. Finding junk you don’t want to throw away or sell, making things look nicer - just feels so good!

Always feels great when I'm finally able to start! Once I get going though, I don't want to stop.

I sometimes succumb to that feeling but try to force myself to sit down and wait until the seizure is over. (TBH, I'm in a sort of clearing-up spree myself, as I just dug out my 400 or so vinyl albums after decades to determine if I should digitize some more of them...so just kidding.)
