Good to see you back, I noticed your absence on the Doctor Who thread. Check out the new in colour The War Games trailer if you have not seen it it looks incredible, a must watch over Christmas.
Thanks. I haven't seen that trailer yet. I assume they're going to edit it down, right? 10 episodes. :-?
That's right I think if I remember correctly to a 90 minute movie, the trailer is so well done I loved it. It is posted on the Doctor Who thread.
Thank you, @CommanderRoss. That's very kind of you to say. Thanks for being here as well.
Thank you, @FoxRox. I'm glad you joined too. You're a great guy to chat with and I enjoy your contributions here.
Thanks @DarthDimi. 12 Years a Dragonpol. Hopefully I have at least 12 more years left in me. I may be starting to repeat myself by that point. :)
Thanks Benny. Hopefully there's more to come. :)
Thanks, @Creasy47. The pleasure has been all mine. It's great to have you here too. :)
Thanks, @MajorDSmythe. I could be called the Constant Gardner. I do try and keep Jolly JG and his work in our thoughts on the forum. Thanks for all you do here.
Thanks @Fire_and_Ice_Returns for your kind words. Yes, we're of a similar vintage here. 2012 was a good year, despite what the Mayan Calendar may have said! :)
That's true. I'm a shadowy figure. ;)
Harry Lime would be envious. ;)
He would indeed. ;)
I topped off yesterday's 12th anniversary celebrations with a signed copy of the Putnam US first edition of John Gardner's Never Send Flowers which had arrived from the US. It was quite apt that it should arrive on my anniversary of my 12th year as Dragonpol. I'm over the moon to have a signed copy of this novel. It means a lot to me and of course I wouldn't have as interesting a username without it. :)
I didn't send any flowers...gonna deliver them in person:
Thanks @QBranch. We're always bang on time here.
Aww, shucks. Those flowers are beautiful. For a grave. 🌹🪦
