I would guess at either LALD or Spectre, maybe FRWL thinking about it....
LALD has the hungarian guy talking.
QOS: "It's time to get out" plus a few sentences by the police
I'd say QoS.
It's probably QOS though.
Anybody want to count them? ;)
What is Goodnight getting at here? I've never known.
Mushroom shaped rock.
She is trying to get Bond's attention, hence her forced speech.....she wants him to do something instead of just sitting there..she was naïve till the last.
@ClarkDevlin YES! Thank you! I had a feeling it was from DAD, but I couldn't narrow down a scene. Man I miss David Arnold.
A lot of that JMY remix is from DAD actually.
Is it as I suspect, just to add a bit of drama. With Bond carrying Stacey down the ladder.
In anyways. Glad I could help! :)
Maybe he thought the fire brigade would be there and some of the floor was still on fire so it may have been too difficult to get through to the stairs?
It does add more drama though, yes.
Sorry @Mendes4Lyfe must be a first.
There's no evidence or shot to suggest so though.
Again sorry for wasting your typing time answering said question.
No need to apologize, it's just not much of a stretch to assume that the stairs were aflame, or otherwise inaccessible, for Bond to use the roof instead.
I didn't know that...bravo Nackers !! ( @NicNac )
From Wikipedia:
"The actor John Payne attempted to take up the option on the film rights to the book in 1955, but nothing came of the attempt. The Rank Organisation also came to an agreement to make a film, but this likewise fell through.[81] The novel was not one of Fleming's stories acquired by Eon Productions in 1961; in 1969 the company acquired the rights and commissioned Gerry Anderson to produce and co-write a screenplay. Anderson and Tony Barwick prepared a 70-page treatment that was never filmed, but some elements were similar to the final screenplay of The Spy Who Loved Me."
OHMSS: Why does M congratulate Draco on "November '64. The buillon job. You got away with quite a chunk of the haul." I get that it's a GF reference but no gold was ever removed in the film.
I'd like to think so. I'm sure the job wasn't going to pay out chump change for Bond to risk his life going into Valentin's club for a favor, so it's quite possible.
