I actually first became of aware of him on the 1969-1974 US TV program, “Love, American Style.” Mr. Margolin would often do the funny short clips that fill-in between the main stories. So Funny.
RIP
Great composer :(
Legend of several illustrious teams such as Red Star Belgrade, Sampdoria, Inter, the Yugoslavia national team, and probably most of all, Lazio.
Later as a manager he worked at several clubs in Italy, and he even made it to honorary citizen of Bologna.
Fantastic defender, phenomenal free-kick specialist, and a likeable manager too.
Ciao Siniša :(
Turner Classic Movies (TCM) in the US has issued their annual "Remembers" clip celebrating many of the film stars that passed away in 2022.
Well done (as always).

I must admit to being turned on to the music of The Specials and Terry Hall when googling for cover versions of We Have All the Time in The World several years ago.
RIP Mr. Hall.

RIP Mr. Hodges.
I think of Mike Hodges, I have pleasant thoughts of Flash Gordon (1980). R.I.P., Mike.
'Get Carter' is one of my all time favourite British thrillers! Only watched both it and 'Flash Gordon' recently, and was in the process of seeking out his movie 'Black Rainbow', on the recommendation of @Thunderfinger
R.I.P. Mike Hodges.

So far the only article I could find on him, other than several Facebook posts.
He was a pilar in the Seattle arts community, and a fine musician. I knew him for nearly 30 years, and have many memories of us discussing classic movies, film noir, Bond etc.
RIP old friend. Thank you for everything.
My condolences @ToTheRight friends are priceless things.
Exactly.
And as @Dwayne pointed out, they are truly valuable. All my biggest regrets in life are not treating the best people in my life the best always, and it will follow me until I die. So I urge others to always treat friends and family the best.
He wasn't the biggest Bond fan initially, but revisited DR NO and GOLDFINGER one night and loved them. I remember him naming Dalton as his favorite Bond and TLD his favorite film. We watched TSWLM, FYEO , AVTAK TND and TWINE together back when DVDs became the new format. He actually really liked SPECTRE and felt that would've been the perfect ending to the Craig era. I don't believe he saw NTTD. Towards the end of his life he seemed to have lost interest in movies altogether.
Hope everything's okay, especially that it's Christmas.....
I also have my friends and have lost one of them years ago, and still remember her (she's a former classmate of mine).
The whole Bond community is here for you.
