    I get this one now viewing it on my cinema display as before on my iphone it didn't make a lot of sense. I like it a lot although maybe the black cast needs a bit more contrast - love the texture on the background behind DC.

    It's a very close realisation of an idea I've had germinating about the bullet into glass cracks idea from the LALD Moore polo neck pic where the plate glass off the current 1st SPECTRE teaser has shattered and partially fallen away revealing Bond in the shadows behind. I guess I may still do a version but this one already does something similar

    Each poster works correctly until you see it on the big screen. I am glad that you like so much this poster. ;) I have deliberately not worked with a lot of contrast. It should blend in with the background behind Daniel. As would be too much black and contrast out of place.
    Originally, the splintering glass was brighter. Also, the background behind Daniel, until I added the texture. I have tried a lot until I felt this version for good.

    I am looking forward to your version with the shattering glass.;)

    ... but i did go ahead and email the website about my work being used without my permission... hopefully within a couple days I should get a response back, and hopefully it gets pulled down.

    Thanks for the heads up @JCRendle. It`s not the first time, unfortunately. I already succeeded with an ebay user trying to sell t shirts with one of my SKYFALL fan arts back in 2012. Let`s see what happens now.

    Copyright is a minefield. There are always going to be arguments and counter arguments but basically nobody should be using anything and that includes us using the Bond SPECTRE title, 007 logo, press release photos etc etc and I guess it's tolerated by SONY/EON as they can't take on everyone and don't want to antagonize hardcore fans!!

    The only usual defense is artworks here aren't aiming to make commercial gain from using imagery whereas the ebay seller clearly is but with someone else's artwork. Unfortunately where it's shared in the public domain through the internet and it's unmarked with a name or copyright it's always going to be fair game though.

    Fan art is a very touchy subject copyright wise and when it comes to making money off it or someone using it without realizing...I mean what if say Google used a fan-made poster in an ad instead of the official one?

    Yeah it's got a bunch of ads but it's the only image hosting service that stores the images untouched without downconverting them to a smaller size.
