  • ^fab - so well done.
  • This is embarrassing but what exactly do I copy to get those embed things on such as above, I click share and a box comes up with some blue letters, did it before like that it didn't work, tried Embed with the longer code before but think that failed too, I promise it would be worth the assistance for what I had to show, we're not all whizz kids with codes and links things. Just need to know what to do in the simplest terms, can be a bit frustrating sometimes, did in once but just messed it up again after that, a bit embarrassing this is

You copy the link in the address bar. No need to do anything special, just whats at the top of the browser.

    :)
  • All it takes is one person to make a difference and I applaud you for that

I'll try again with something else I saw

  • Casino Royale goes Lego!

    This is actually quite good

  • This was actually better than the film itself. Damn funny.

    @Dalton

The Oscars. He gets all of them.

Be nice if people actually spoke like that and meant it.

It'll know in future not to do that. :-O Not nice really, I'm glad someone was there to help it out.

Thanks for sharing, I wouldn't have even known that was possible to be honest.

    That was indeed amazing.

Very similar to the Death Proof chase..

Well.. except for the Big Rigs.

And isn't that all that Tarantino does, steal from other films. In the world of film they call it homage, in the real world it's steal. :D :D :D

Well no.. not really. He's 'influenced' by them. He's said before that he likes to pay 'homage' to classic films, but people beat him up by saying he just copies them.

All he really does is reproduce genre movies that he used to love, that aren't made anymore. Like Grindhouse, white-guy-playing-samurai B-movies, WWII 'guys on a mission' flicks, and his new one is a spaghetti western.

He usually mimmicks shots, camera angles, camera placement, dialogue, character look, and such from these movies, but never actually 'copied' a sequence.

Yet, in Death Proof, the last chase sequence has two cars in a chase, one goes off the side of the road up on an elevated hill like in that ^ chase.

I actually exaggerated, but they are EXTREMELY similar compared to what he usually does.

His is actually pretty unique now that I think about it..
There's a chick on the hood of one of the cars..
They're both in classic 70's muscle cars..
The antagonist is a stunt driver..

So they're not too similar in substance, just in look.

I was editing my post when you replied, but I stand by what I said. I also have to say that I just can't stand Tarantino. If I could put one person into Room 101, it would be Tarantino.

    Pure class. B-)
