Regarding ketchup- I usually don't touch it, save for fries and as part of 1000 other toppings on a good burger.
It's not bad on an omelette..... But tobasco is better!
I agree on the second. I will qualify the third, as I find ketchup on pork pies a welcomed addition. But it inspires me another controversial opinion:
-There are chips/fries for mayonnaise and there are chips/fries for ketchup.
