In addition to Mie Hama, the other two women are Akiko Wakabayashi (left) and Kumi Mizuno (center). They were kind of the “big three” of Japan’s Toho Studio starlets during the mid-1960s.
The photo itself is a publicity still from a Japanese Bond spoof called International Secret Police: Key of Keys (1965), which Woody Allen later dubbed and released as What's Up, Tiger Lily? (1966).
