There is no minus, just keeping a tally of votes, and show which one you're voting for by using the (+1) symbol. its not that difficult. I have always wanted to iron out a set of standards for selecting a new elimination game because this process always seems to drag on and on and on...
People are minus' it @sirseanisbond ..have a look ,this is what concerns me...

It seams as if Sex does in fact sell, and has won the most votes. Are we going to keep voting or should we get on with this? @Risico007, perhaps at the very least you could provide a preliminary list of "Bond Sex Scenes" so that other members can overlook and approve them before we go to a live game. Do please make haste . . .
I can't say I keep up with these games, as I find them infuriating and far too open to in-fighting between members, but I would say that the process should be left up to @DarthDimi as he's outlined the rules and how things are to be carried out.
If it's only been 4 days since a game ended, so I don't see why there's such rampant impatience to get another going. Pretty soon all the ideas for these games will be well used up, so I think pacing them better wouldn't be a detrimental effect, and actually make the games endure longer.
But as I said, I don't have a dog in this fight. I got out of these games when people complained every time one of their favorite films got voted down or eliminated, and after a while the constant mewling from some members made it no fun to partake in any more. And that kind of behavior has only gotten worse around here since.
Everybody voted fairly and not tactical too.

I agree, even though this list is already huge, there need to be more additions. Fiona and Elektra for sure. Technically Bond and Solange don't . . . um . . . consummate.
What's the conflict and how may I be of service?
I have issues with the new elimination game selection process. There seem to be no official rules or norms governing how this process works, and as a result the process seems to be different every time, and it takes way too long. I feel that we need to come up with some rules, and set the process straight...
@Risico007 If you're sticking with sex scenes Bond is present for, it's a very good list. May we please have Bond's scene with Fiona included though? And possibly Bond & Ling in YOLT?
Not to be rude, but this is a little out of hand. Two per film is too much even. Our Bond Kills game a long time ago could have easily had a hundred entries. Instead it was limited to one per film. As it should be here.
