Am I alone in having mixed feelings about this Barbie movie? It looks entertaining and fun, but come on - a Barbie movie?

This was indeed very surprising to me. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t increase my interest in the movie as well! Hoping it’s terrific, I have high hopes.

It's been lingering in this awkward limbo for so long but I really hope it delivers. The R-rating has me way more optimistic than I was feeling for that awful third installment.

Expend4bles looks decent enough, definitely going for the Fast vibe. Though its been so long since I watched Expendables 3 I can't remember half the characters and where they are at. I will have to dig up my DVD's of the first three films.

    I like those.

Still I'll never shake the memory of the commenter long ago that inadvertently called them The Expandables.

Looks way more like a Gareth Evans actioner than anything Xavier Gens would've done. I'm not sure what happened to the latter but if this is the quality he's putting out, I'm fully onboard.

Apparently, he wants someone else to direct eventually. Maybe they can also use the time to develop an original story.

Also, Avatar isn't the only Disney big-budget franchise to be pushed back.

KRAVEN THE HUNTER Trailer (NEW 2023)

Certainly got the physicalliity to play Bond, I am starting to think ATJ is the best candidate if Cavil is not a consideration.

Apparently a remake of Clue is in the works with Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman. Fingers crossed this film is actually funny, as the original with a great cast is one of the worst films I have ever seen. Watched it again recently to see if it was as unfunny as I remember. Not a laugh one. And the actors in it are usually hysterical. But a dud screenplay and direction that restricts the actors from being their normal comedic selves equals bomb. The overly long dog poop bit is a metaphor for the entire film. It hurts to see Madeline Kahn and Christopher Lloyd so unfunny. Here's hoping the remake bears no relation to its predecessor.

    Mad Heidi.

Swissploitation. WARNING: graphic violence and fondue-burning.

So, Sigourney Weaver will appear opposite Mads Mikkelsen in Dust Bunny, a horror film written and directed by Hannibal's Bryan Fuller, to be shot in Budapest. "An eight-year-old girl asks her scheming neighbor for help in killing the monster under her bed that she thinks ate her family."

    Nice cast.

That's a shame to read, cause I grew up watching that film quite often and always found it to be hilarious. Bateman inspires confidence but seeing Reynolds attached almost guarantees for me that it'll be cheaply generic and not at all funny.

I had the pleasure of editing this trailer for the team behind The Black Guelph, which has its US premiere at Dances With Film in the Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles later this week.

“Canto is thirty years old, actively dealing drugs while suffering from mental health issues when his girlfriend, Leah, kicks him out. Leah, sick of his antics and his criminal lifestyle, tries to shield her daughter Rachel from Canto’s negative influence. Canto is forced to turn to the streets for help as he always has done. Dan, Canto’s father comes back to the area and tries to reconnect with his son, who outright rejects him for abandoning him when he was a child.”

Have these criminals never learned, you can't trap Liam Neeson in any mode of transport.

That said, I would watch an action thriller with Neeson in dinghy. And i'll watch this too.
