I've just received my Corgi NTTD DB5 today. Very nicely detailed and the battle damage is very nicely done. I thought the Hot Wheels one was good, this one is even better!
I'll pass since I already have the Hot Wheels Elite DB5 which at least have working gadgets.
Still, always nice to see a new model roll out.
Compared to the non visible hinges of the Hot Wheels Elite DB5. A bit of detail like that just makes it a bit more realistic.
Real car..

Johnny Lightning Silver Screen Machines Diorama - James Bond Assortment
Diamonds Are Forever 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 w/Tin (Red)
Die Another Day 2002 Aston Martin Vanquish w/Tin (Tungsten Silver)
Why not the Valhalla first instead of ANOTHER DB5? Corgi really do my head in! :-q
Where did you see this? Are there any pictures?
Rep for AutoWorld website sent it to me.
Spotted a Johnny Lightning DB5 (blister card) on ebay - second release after the Vantage - the only one I've seen and it got snapped up pretty quick.
Yeah. But hardly noticeable in person and doesn't really bother me. Looks magnificent on display.
Because they are changing the scale to 1/12 which would be bigger and much more detailed.
Like the SPECTRE Aston Martins Classic Db5 & new DB10 both in Box like what I got they should put the 2 Classic Aston Martins the classic DB5 & return V8 Vantage both in a Box . If I hope they do I buy it
Yeah it's a bit of a dealbreaker for me, really spoils it.
I photoshopped it earlier in the thread with bigger tyres (same wheels, but spaced out to the arches a bit more) plus a silver sill which it really needs and I think it looks so much better. If I could find tyres this size I'd do it.
I think it's a shame it didn't get mirrors when the other updated cars in this range did. The increased detailing is really nice otherwise- and they even got rid of the sunroof, very good!
