Yes, after getting the Draculas, I've decided to get the Frankensteins. Wish me luck !
It's been decades since I watched theses, loved the films as a kid.

I have that 'Carry On' collection a while now, but I haven't even opened it! Maybe I should start watching them this year!?
The earlier films and mid to late 60's films I have always been a fan of, unfortunately the 70's films fell off a cliff fast.
I plan on doing a almost full watch of the series, the last three Carry On movies from memory are unwatchable especially Columbus
Been on an Alan Ladd/Veronica Lake kick lately and finally got the blu-ray of their fourth film together. I loved it. Completely hit the spot.
'Carry on Up the Khyber' still remains my favourite!
That's a good one! My favourite is 'Carry On Screaming'
The period films were generally good as bigger budgets and had most of the core cast, though the Phil Silvers Follow That Camel always falls flat for me.
The Kyber... dinner scene is great.
The 50's films had a hint of Ealing Comedies which I liked and they were less baudy.
I thought Carry On Abroad was late 60's though it's 72, I have always enjoyed this one for nostalgic reasons as it's one of the last films with the major cast if I remember correctly, and it ih totaly madcap.
Screaming was a nice nod to the Hammer films.
The lovely two times Bond girl Valerie Leon appeared in Girls also, I think Valerie appeared in half a dozen Carry On films as well as TV specials.
Carry On Abroad was also a favourite. The unfinished Spanish hotel was particularly topical at the time!
But i loved watching all the Carry On films as a kid in the 70's.
Me too mate! They were a regular watch in my house growing up whenever they were on telly!
'Carry On Henry' was always a popular one!
Yep, a Saturday night treat! (Made even better if there was a Hammer film on late) And all filmed at Pinewood i believe..
Doubt any other 4K release this year will be more exciting for me based on the combination of how much I love the movie and the unexpectedness of the release.
One down, two to go. Oh, and I also bought this nice collection :
Can I assume that Godzilla: Final Wars (2004) and Shin Godzilla (2016) are the "two to go"?
If so, you may find that region 1 versions of Shin Godzilla are very hard to find at the moment. Best of luck!
