    I would agree that Claudia Jessie Peyton is one of the more interesting characters in Bridgerton, and she has a great (deep) voice. However, I would rather see her as Moneypenny.

    If you want to scan Bridgerton for stunning women, then look no further than Simone Ashley.

    I've been rewatching A Storm for Christmas and a lot of the female cast, in either big or small roles, could make great Bond girls.

    @TheSkyfallen06 , İlayda Çevik's face is very modern. In fact she gives me a Matilda De Angelis vibe. I have suggested her before, she totally carries all scenes in The Law According to Lidia Poët (Netflix) and currently stars in Citadel:Diana (Prime), which I still have to check out. She deserves a good film role to present herself to a global audience and would be perfect for Bond (if that ever happens).

    An older Bond girl could work. Horrowitz's FAAD did it (I can't remember specifically but wasn't she meant to be about 10 years older than a 30 year old Bond?) If anything the Bond girls of the Craig era were generally a lot younger than him. Not to say it was icky or anything - certainly not within Bibi Dahl territory! But between Swan and Bond alone there was about a 15+ year age gap, albeit between a 30 year old and a 45ish year old (nothing wrong with that inherently). The others I guess were a decade younger than Craig/Bond.

    A lot has been written in various threads about sexism, misogyny, objectifying women, disposable women, and Bond having casual sex with multiple partners. Often when photos are posted of possible Bond girls, they are young and dressed seductively, sometimes scantily. Often I feel mixed messages are being posted that seem at odds with calls for a modern sensibility regarding Bond's behavior and how women are portrayed.

    I did in fact recall the SPECTRE scene in which Bond shags an older woman. I assumed both actors were about the same age, but I don't regard that character as a Bond girl (a lead.) She is a minor character in the film.

    Much has been written about the shelf-life of actresses. Not that I've seen the film The Substance, but an actress aging out is the subject of this horror/sci-fi. A younger Bond, say early thirties, taking up with an older woman could be interesting in many way. BTW, Honor Blackman was five years older than Connery. And their relationship on film was quite a bit of fun, despite objections to the barn scene.

    I'd welcome any seductive coogar to the franchise! You can still respect women for who they are and what they do whilst you melt away looking at their beauty. I still do that every day at home, and my wife loves it!

    It's a fine line really. Too young compared to Bond and can easily come off as creepy.

    If you've ever lived in a small town (or watched porn) then the whole age gap thing wouldn't come as a shock. It never bothered me in the films, and it would be cool to see Bond hooking up with the older ladies for sure.

    I actually like Bibi Dahl and Bond, because he refuses her. And it doesn't even seem to struggle with temptation: shes too young, end of. It shows Bond as having a healthy sexuality, neither an eunuch nor a satyr, as Raymond Chandler said of his own Philip Marlowe.

    I want a very close age gaps, not too far, give me something along the likes of Pussy Galore and Tracy, both of which happened to be two of the best Bond Girls.

    Yes, they handled it very well I think. That's especially so considering today's sensibilities regarding older men and vulnerable much younger women. It's interesting to contrast that approach with how John Gardner had Felix Leiter literally "gift" his much younger daughter, CIA agent Cedar Leiter, to Bond in his contemporaneous second Bond continuation novels, For Special Services (1982).
