WOW, yeah that's almost pushing $300.00!!
Cool car, but I'm sure another 1/18 alternative will surface when Spectre comes out.

Speaking of, I'm still regretting not getting the 1/18 Aston Martin in 2006 when CR came out....

    *Edit
Look there's already a cheaper one on the horizon! (A little cheaper ;) )

I'm going to put spoiler tags around this just in case.

Looks like Corgi has an excuse to dust off the old moulds for

Ok, this isn't diecast but I was looking over at the Toystate website and they are listing some Aston Martin DB10 cars from Spectre. They did the various James Bond "Lights and Sounds" cars that came out with Skyfall.

Looks like they are doing three sizes of DB10:
the little four inch MI6 RC version with remote control "watch",
the 007 not-remote controlled version which is about six inches long,
and another "Top Secret" version which I'm guessing is the largest remote control version.

Hopefully this is the right link

There are photos of the two smaller ones.

I got another post of Radio Remote control post base only on James Bond. Yes I seen then they look great. Corgi still has not revel anything on the SPECTRE Aston Martin DB10.

There's a photo of the Corgi DB10 from Spectre on page 38 of the new Empire magazine. It's an advert for the Spectre Scalextric set and they've stuck the Corgi car at the bottom of the page. I'll see if I can do a photo.

want. bet it arrives by June of 16.
  • I have a Corgi Skyfall DB5 I bought at the gift shop of the International Spy Museum in Washington, DC, a Hot Wheels Goldfinger DB5 (and three non-Bond castings) and TSWLM Lotus, and I think that's it. I thought I had photos to share with you all, but I apparently don't.

The DB5's and Lotus' are the most popular in stores, I think. I have models of almost all of them, though, including the submarine Lotus. I don't know if I'll get a model of the DB10.

Yeah.. Pretty sure that 2 pack Spectre Aston Martin cars, the DB5 is a retool of the Skyfall one, minus the Bond figure in the driver seat..

Not online unless you don't mind paying a bit more that it usually cost for a regular Hot Wheels 1/64 casting. Your best bet is ebay. Try your luck searching at the Hot Wheels aisle in stores. I found mine at the supermarket hanging off the pegs with all the other Hot Wheels cars..lol..

I always find these tiny cars a bit...boring. I usually search for very exclusive 1/18 scaled die cast model cars. And especially those brands with a perfectionistic attention to detail. Like these ones:

From the brand "AutoArt", the Toyota 2000 GT from "YOLT":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "Classic Model Replicars", the Aston Martin V8 Vantage from "TLD":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "Classic Model Replicars", the Aston Martin DBS 1969 from "OHMSS":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "Cult Scale Models", the Aston Martin DBS 1968 from "The Persuaders":
    2019.jpg

From the brand "AutArt", the Lotus Esprit Type 79 from "TSWLM":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "AutoArt", the Lotus Esprit Type 79 with gadgets from "TSWLM":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "AutoArt", the Aston Martin DB5 from "GF":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "AutoArt", the Aston Martin DB5 with gadgets from "GF/TB':
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "AutoArt", the BMW Z8 from "TWINE":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "Kyosho", the BMW Z8 from "TWINE":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "AutoArt", the Lotus Esprit Turbo from "FYEO":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "UT Models", the BMW Z3 from "GE":
    $_57.JPG

From the brand "AutoArt", the Ford Mustang Mach I Fastback from "DAF":
    $_57.JPG

AutoArt, ClassicModelReplicars, Kyosho, CultScaleModels and UT Models IMO have the best details. They even have soft-fabric materials in the interior, which make these brands stand out from Ertl, Bburago, Maisto or Minichamps. The latter brands have 007-cars too, but they really lack a certain attention to detail.

I have the white AutArt Lotus Esprit Turbo from "FYEO" and it's absolutely breathtaking. But from the list above, I REALLY need to have the AutoArt Toyota 2000 GT from "YOLT". Absolutely stunning car. And obviously I want the 1968 Aston Martin DBS in olive brown. Stunning!

Small ones like the Corgi 1/36 ones usually don't take up so much space and are nice collectibles. Out of the 1/18 ones that you posted above @Gustav_Graves , I have that UT 1/18 Goldeneye BMW Z3 and the 1/18 DB5 and Lotus Esprit, both from ERTL. The Lotus is transformable which is pretty awesome for that scale. And I also have the Vanquish from Beanstalk and the CR DBS from ERTL :-)

All my 1/18 are back in the box except for my ERTL 1/18 DB5 which is proudly displayed in my living room... By the way, that Autoart DB5 from Goldfinger you posted is a gem. A very nice piece. No one does car models better than Autoart.

You can actually see the difference in details between the ERTL DB5 and the AutoArt DB5:

    AutoArt:

    ERTL:

    70021-5.jpg

Look for instance to the side windows and the stickering. The interior from the AutoArt-DB5 has much finer linings, and also a more realistic, better scaled steering wheel. It is not as thick as the ERTK-DB5. Also, look closely to the updated AutoArt model of the DB5. They recently made the wheels much better....they are more detailed now:

@Gustav_Graves Boy does that look good. The only Autoart 1/18 that I have is the NYPD Ford Crown Vic which looks impressive. Please don't tempt me into getting the DB5 from Autoart..haha..

Hot Wheels Elite will be releasing their version of the DB5 in 1/18 scale soon. I might just get that one...

SunStar and Mattell also released a 1/18 scale die cast model of the DB5. But the best ones really are from AutoArt. Also, the 1969 DBS and the Toyota 2000 GT I posted are breathtaking:

Yeah, I had them all at one point, AutoArt White Lotus and Sub Lotus..the Turbo with ski rack, the Toyota, DB5, all of the DAD series, Z3 and Z8..now down to just the DB5 and Z3 for space considerations.
