As long as it is 150 min plus I'll be happy. Good to see EON still pushing the envelope when it comes to run time.

Again, I think if "The Dark Knight" can be a perfect film with 152 mins -and IMO honest opinion I found it slightly more riveting, better, than "Batman Begins"- than "SPECTRE" has it to become a masterpiece....that perhaps even is seen as slightly better as compared to "Casino Royale".

You both seem to be equating run time with quality, which is a completely irrational and nonsensical point of view. The main positive of a 155min run time is the simple fact we get more Bond for our buck! Whether it's good is down to many other factors, not length.

That's not true @RC7. Obviously, you think that, from your perspective as a movie pro, but it's not true. I merely say that if "TDK" can be a masterpiece at 152 mins, then "SPECTRE" can be a masterpiece too. I didn't say that if the runtime of a movie is shorter, the quality becomes worse. I know plentiful shorter films that are equally masterpieces. Many Pixar films for instance. But what about the classic Bond films of the 1960's. "FRWL" is unanimously hailed as one of the best Bond films ever, but it still has a running time shorter than 120 mins.

I know I make the mistake and misinterpreting your posts, but you do it sometimes too :-). No worries though.

Still, I do think a longer running time does have certain advantages, if the screenplay is dealt with properly. And let's face it....147-155 mins is simply more minutes of Bond fun ;-).

Is it the news that there is an Aston Martin DB9 GT Bond Edition? It was launched yesterday by Aston Martin but has only just come up on Twitter....or is it more exciting I wonder?

So something today (possibly a new poster or something else), and on the 8th, tickets go on sale and we get the title song announcement. Next Tuesday shall be nice, then, picking up my tickets as soon as they're available.

@hthomas20, that's also true! I still have to finish the first 'Game of Thrones' novel and 'Solo' before I even begin to think about getting that. My book backlog is too big at the moment to purchase another one, so I'll wait and see how fan reviews are.

If this tweet from JBR is to go by - seems like advance booking for the United States opens on the 8th. Same day as other international non-UK territories (Germany/Austria and others already announced the 8th too.)

I'm not ashamed to say that I'd rather watch a Bond movie than have sex.

I suspect SP's BO will be the Tantive IV to SW 7's Star Destroyer.

Nah....I think it SW 7 is the Borg Cube, whereas SP is the USS Enterprise-E. The latter being 15 times smaller than a Borg cube, but in the end much smarter and capable of defeating something we previously wouldn't think off ;-):

This is, sadly, wishful thinking. You have time to reassess and fix this opinion @Gustav. I'd recommend that.

Before, when referring to the teaser poster, I said, "How much worse can it get?".
    As it turns out, very.
