I am up to a paltry 4 now. Congrats to the dedicated members in 6+ territory.
    Fine work.
I do have at least a couple more sittings. Oddly this film has a hypnotic effect on me, even if I don't consider it a great Bond film.
I think the drawing power for me is primarily twofold, the thrill of seeing Bond realized on screen so well, of Bond being Bond executing mission with Bond style and efficiency, plus the excitement of having Ernst and Spectre back, with big bonus, channeling classic '60s ESB stylings such as cat, jacket and scar.
Keeps me coming back, moreso than any of the previous 3 films.

As of today (Nov. 18), I've seen SPECTRE three times.

My first viewing was on Nov. 5 at the 7 pm showing at the multiplex that's only a seven-minute walk from where I live. However, I wasn't completely in the right frame of mind while watching the film, so I went to the earliest showing at the same theater the following day for a better viewing experience (Nov. 6, at 4pm), and I enjoyed it immensely.

Saw the film for the third time today, but at another multiplex in my hometown that happens to be owned by the same company as the one near my house. I enjoyed it even more than I did the last time, to the point where I want to go and see it again soon. :)

Seeing any new release in the theater more than once is a rarity for me; more so with seeing one more than twice. When it comes to the previous Bond films that I saw for the first time on the big screen, I watched Casino Royale two times, Quantum of Solace only one time, and Skyfall two times.

    This is something else. @-)

That's going to be one crowded psych ward. I'll take a room with a view please.
We can gather in the common room for group blu-ray viewings. :P mini-Imax theatre maybe?

    They're visionaries, like me ;)

I'm still stuck on 6 due to "life" but I can honestly say the 6th was my most enjoyable viewing. Another trip is definitely on the cards, possibly one more after that and then that'll do me!

I'm in! oh wait, need another viewing to surpass the 3. But after that I'm in!!

One thing you must like @Timmer is the fact that Blowers' earns his money through a clandistine intelligence network, just like in the book. I thought it was a very nice fact that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere yet (but then again, I don't read too much on these forums).

Can't believe all these multiple viewing. My most in the cinema was
    TSWLM = 3
Goldfinger = 3 (inc the most recent Best of Bond showing)
LTK - 2 (first was a charity showing at Torquay Odeon - won tickets from Today newspaper)
    Skyfall = 2
SPECTRE = 2, but could be going for 3 today or sometime next week!

13 may be unlucky for some... but not for me. For following another X-Plus double-bill at Showcase CDL in Derby today I have now been lucky enough to see SP 13 times. This makes it my joint third most viewed (at the cinema) Bond film alongside CR. Whilst I'll definitely surpass CR it remains to be seen whether I'll be able to equal the 19 times for SF, let alone the 24 viewings of QOS. (NB: This isn't because my love for SP is waning - it's just that I won't have many opportunities to see it in the next three weeks due to work commitments and gig-going.) Still, I'll give it my best shot.

Thanks for the update........do you have one of those monthly cinema passes, which means you can see films cheaper, than if you were to buy a ticket for each individual film?

No, because apart from a brief flurry of cinema-going activity at the start of each year when the "quality" (IE: Oscar-nominated - not that that's an automatic guarantee of quality, of course!) stuff hits the big screen here in the UK I seldom go to the flicks as I detest the whole CGI/3D/comic-book/animation thing which seems to make up 90% of new releases these days.
Last week, though, I did buy a £60 Showcase gift card for £45... which I've already spent!

Good catch! I guess you are talking about the background that Fleming draws up for Blofeld in Thunderball.

-I'm up to 3 now. Last viewing a few hrs ago
-Had to get the third in before it gets booted tomorrow from the best theatres (HG)
-that's it for me. I await the blu ray with bated breath
-3rd showing was the best for me. I'm firmly in the like camp now. It's good Bondian fun this one.

13 times is a bit pointless I think......at the cinema that is.

Up to 7 now, but feel like I've almost had my fill now. Possibly one more in a couple of months before it disappears from cinemas.

3 times up 'till now, and I'm afraid I won't be in the same league as @Quantum. But hey, saw Casino Royale on four different continents. I suppose that's worth something... ;-)

    Nice.

@quantumofsolace: I'm sorry, you've seen SP 13 times, and saw SF 19 times theatrically and QOS 24 times theatrically?!?

Wow, you go completely loco when Bond movies come out!

For the record, I'm still sitting at 3. Plus, that 3rd viewing was a good two weeks ago. I'm getting the itch and will probably be heading to the cinema in the coming days for a 4th viewing.

Can't deny it. Though when the film comes out on Blu-Ray I'll watch it once, maybe twice, and then perhaps not set eyes on it again for a year or more. It's all about the big screen experience. Once SP is gone from our cinemas it's gone forever. (Ultra rare anniversary showings notwithstanding.) I'm making the most of it while I can.

Agree, it's not just about watching it, it's about watching it in probably the most amazing format/atmosphere you will ever get to see it in ever again!

Although 24 times is a little excessive ;)

I saw CR 4 times............and after the 4th viewing, i thought i had seen the film 1 time to many.
I think that for me 3 times is enough cinema visits for a film that i really like.......particularly these days, as the films only spend some 2-3 months in the theatres.

That woman from Wales who saw the Sound of Music over 900 times in the mid-sixties, must of been crazy........she would see the film in the same cinema in Wales every day, twice a day, once in the morning, and then again in the afternoon, she even had her lunch at the cinema. It would of been a lot cheaper for her nowadays, as she could of just bought the DVD! :))

I agree. For me, 3's the charm. I saw CR, SF & SP three times in the theatre. I saw QoS only twice (bad....I know).

Actually, I've seen SF less than 10 times in total and it's still very fresh for me. I've sort of intentionally held back on the blu ray viewings of the DC films to date, and so each time I see them, it's a special moment. I did that since we have to wait so darned long for a new one these days that it gives me something 'newish' to hold onto.

I planned to see it for a second time tonight but I'm not sure now as I am tired and hung over from the night before. I can't decide.

Just came out of my third viewing. Was stopped the cinema manager (a young cove) who said to me; "You're obviously a massive Bond fan. You've been what…three times? Opening night a couple more. How would you like the standee and some posters?"
Of course I said yes and thanked him. Such a helpful chap!
So now proud owner of couple of posters and a cardboard standee of Bond and Swann. I thank you!
