Awesome view, my motto is train insane or remain the same.
Wow, I didn't know you were such a high-society fellow.
I was a pretty big kid all the way up to my late teens and into my early twenties but I have been working really hard over the last couple of years turning myself into somewhat of a machine. Cracked the 200kg club 18 months ago and have added another 10kg to that personal best since, so I'm pulling nearly two and a half times my own weight off the floor now.
Was never too comfortable with posting progress pictures until recently but I am feeling quite confident in myself these days, so there I am there now.
Can I touch your muscles :-P?
Once I am happy that they are big enough, then sure :-P
Aha, that's who you are. We are Facebook friends and I knew you were an MI6 chappie, but didn't know which one. I always meant to ask. ;)
Yes, and I'm not very good at it either.
...and failing miserably!
