In the real world the Craig era is a self contained series of movies set in its own time and QoS and SP are fundamentals chapters in this four movie attempt to “deconstructing 007”. XD
BTW the new X-Men movie will officially come out the same day as Bond 25. Foolish move by Fox imo.
Christ, he’s got a lot of work to do in the gym before March.
Not really. For a dude his age, he still looks pretty good there regardless. There aren't many people who look good in casual gear.
Craig seems to be able to gain and drop weight pretty quickly. His height and general body shape help matters there. He'd be back in damn fine shape in 4 weeks if he went back training after the New Year. Nothing to worry about.
You are 100% correct, but he’ll need a haircut. ;)
Meh. I'd be fine with them abandoning the whole tight haircut thing for his final flick. He looks much better without the army crew cut.

Forget the gym, eat more pizza, and lay off the arm curls for awhile. Go for the Sean in DAF build.
Why break tradition by having the longest serving Bond actor in tip top shape for his final outing?
In all seriousness, he looks alright to me, and I think he'll be fit by the time B25 begins filming.
I wouldn't mind a return to the QoS haircut, though.
Pretty good show tbh.
There's a sort of action scene in episode 9 which would be cool to see be done seriously (cause in the scene it was...I don't want to spoil) in B25.
I feel better about Fukunaga after watching Maniac.
On to True Detective....sooner or later :D
Over the summer, he looked to be getting into pretty good shape. I am sure, with the delay(and the newborn) he has put the gym on the backburner. He'll likely get back to it next month. It takes him six months to get into peak condition.
Yes the jump between QoS and SF felt odd although I can see why from Mendes' perspective he's just going to go ahead and make the movie he wants to make and not be concerned about whether it's really the right time to do it. They then jumped back with SP to a more 'Bond in his prime' approach. Since I'm not really very interested in continuity I don't think it matters that much.
I think from my perspective the end of CR and QOS suggested the next film would be back to business as usual. And then they played the same trick at the end of SF. That got a bit annoying.
I am resigned to B25 not being just another regular entry though. The Craig era came as close as it's going to get to that with SP and most on here didn't seem to like it.
It just always feels to me that from QOS to SF it's a different character. Rooky, angry Bond is replaced by cynical and burnt out Bond, with nothing in between. They can never get that time back.
I like how SF turned out but I think you're making sense. I like this:
Both released in February. Missed opportunity not having a film in 2007.
.CR 2007
.QOS 2009
.INSERT COOL TITLE HERE 2012 (Craig's TSWLM)
.Risico 2014 (Quantum returns but it's totally standalone)
.Skyfall 2016 (same film but with the gunbarrel at the beginning)
Craig leaves and we'd be getting a film in 2019 or 2020.
WTF You’re right!!! My mistake.
That would be excellent.
Nah - he looks good. Just needs a shave and a Tom Ford suit, is all.
Yes, but he certainly looks horrendous with that buzz cut thing that he had going on in SF. Bond should have a decent bit of length in his hair.
Yes, Craig did look his best in those scenes in M's Flat. Also looked pretty good in the debriefing before the White interrogation in QOS.
Six months? From the way he looks now? He's not that much out of shape.
It takes me six months to get into peak shape going only three times a week. I'm sure Daniel would do it much quicker, considering he'll have a personal trainer to kick his ass and a proper diet plan.
I’m most intrigued who Fukunaga will bring on to the film. He has worked with ‘stars’ throughout his career, so I expect a pretty glitzy cast. He’s worked with some big names, such as Michael Fassbender, Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson, Idris Elba, Emma Stone and Jonah Hill.
I suspect that he won’t go back to a past collaborator as he seemingly likes to work with new people for each project…
I reckon we’re in for an A-list cast. The main issue now concerns which script they’ll go for. I really think it could be a massive boon for Bond if it were to cast a female villain and bring someone like Gal Gadot in. She’d guarantee that Bond 25’s box office would explode.
Though, if they do go in the ‘Shatterhand’ route, they’d probably be stuck with Waltz. Though perhaps Kissy Suzuki (or whatever they call the character) could be played by Sonoya (who appear’s in Fukunaga’s ‘Manaic’) She's part Japanese.
When do we expect casting news? Would it be too soon for Baz to start leaking info?
This guy has come up before on my radar - he's a scammer 1000%.

Also it looks like bond will be driving a lotus for the first time since 1981
Can you not see that petruding belly?
I support that too. She was almost in QOS.
